The servers were not nice or friendly. They did not listen to our orders and both of our orders were incorrect. The workers did not communicate to each other so my credit card had to be run twice for a single order. They were also rushing us through the line. The food was good but the poor service is what I will remember.

Went on a Sunday evening, place was pretty busy for an hour before close on a Sunday. Anyway, my boyfriend and I just got back from a beach trip, on which we had tried chipotle for the first time and loved it. The gentleman taking our order was helpful and didn’t assume we were regulars, asked what we wanted what kind of shell hard or soft or do you want a bowl or burrito here are your options I would recommend this blablabla. As for this chipotle, not at all. As this was our second time being here, we are still inexperienced. So my boyfriend wanted me to help him order since he liked my burrito more than he liked his last time(all he got was two different types of meat and cheese, the hell?!?) anyway, I helped him order and she ASSUMED we were two folks sharing a burrito, and started talking the next guys order. I said oh wait! I still need to order. :-) and she let out a huge sigh and cocked her head to the right and started making my burrito. Well god forbid I didn’t realize that you are supposed to order your beans when you choose your meat, when I realized that and asked the second condiment girl to add beans, she rolled her eyes and slid my burrito across the counter to the meat lady and said something in Spanish. Oh, I’m so sorry I’ve inconvenienced you this evening. You get off in 40 minutes, get over it. Then when actually paying I didn’t know we had to tell the girl what we ordered in order to know how much she should charge us. She says«chicken?» Yes. Guac? Yes. One? Uh, what? Guac one? … Finally the other waiter mouthed something to her in Spanish and she then knew what to charge us for. Meanwhile we stood and watched the same rude girls take the other much more experienced chipotle-ers orders in a very friendly in personable way. You’d think they’d give that extra loving to the new customers to give them another reason to come back. Oh well! Food was great, I guess that’s all that matters now.

Why am I paying $ 9.50 for a salad with no meat or tofu, when I can go across the parking lot to Wegmans, and get the ingredients for the same price that would make enough for four salads? Since when is there a convenience fee for fast food? Seating is atrocious, be prepared to eat with strangers(likely teenagers).

I stopped here tonight to grab some take out. The line was long, but it’s chipotle so you expect that. The employees seemed to be moving at a reasonable pace. I did have to wait quite a bit when I got to the front of line while they finished cooking some of the meats. I ordered a bowl and a burrito. Both were very good. For fast casual dining, this is a good option. I just wouldn’t stop here if you are in a big hurry.

My first time at a Chipotle. First reaction: «Holy shit, it’s loud!» The place seems designed to amplify sound. I asked my girlfriend if all Chipotles looked the same. Yep. I don’t care for the décor. I get the aesthetic, but it’s executed poorly. Service was ok. Fast. I asked the guy twice if he had refried beans, and twice he said«Yeah,» and held up a spoonful of whole pintos. Whatever. But I like the lime rice. The carnitas was bland. I feel like a typical San Francisco burrito snob, but it just ain’t the same. Large portion, good price. Would do takeout again anytime.

I’ve been here several times and the lines are always long. However the lines always move quickly and you get your food quickly. If you get a burrito have them stir/mix it up after you get everything on it. It tastes so much better because you don’t get random bites of sour cream or hot sauce. I’ve never gotten a bad mean at chipotle I only wish they had a drive thru!

Went on 2÷10÷2015 to find yellow caution tape over the door and a note saying they were closed for«renovation.» The yellow tape was a little strange for regular renovation, so it leaves me wondering what necessitated this renovation.
