Today I was refused service (at the smaller kiosk – the main one was out of pretzels!). There were 3 pretzels in the warmer. I asked for 2 and said I wanted to use the «buy one get one free» coupon on the app. I was refused service! Not refusal of the coupon. Refused to sell me ANYTHING. Wow. Just wow. I hope corporate knows why sales are slow here (the big kiosk was out of pretzels — ???).
