I don’t know why I keep ordering from this place, I guess because they are the closest Pizza Hut to me, terrible terrible terrible service and terrible terrible pizza, to top it off, I ordered pizza today and found a nice long blond piece of hair in my pizza. Will never ever order from this place again. Stay away

Horrible service is the only consistent thing about this Pizza Hut. Avoiding ordering here would be a good call. We’ve carried out and ordered for delivery over 5 times and our pizza has been cold, incorrectly prepared, late and generally inedible. The result… we will drive out of our way to order from a different Pizza Hut. Management FAIL.

The other posters on here are right. The pizza isn’t cooked. Mine was soaked with what I assume is grease from the pizzas before mine? It’s soggy won’t tear apart and the pepperoni (the very few there were) were not cooked.
In addition to this I ordered pepperoni lovers and there weren’t even enough pepperoni’s on this pizza. There were like 8? I won’t be back. Waste of $ 15.

Terrible customer service!
I made a delivery order online and waited over an hour before calling the store. I understand that it is the end of the night and everyone has had a long day but the employee on the other end of the phone was unpleasant to say the least. I explained that I had made an order and not yet received it, she quickly asked my name and said she had no order for me.
Long story short, the order had been voided and I had not been notified. I asks the employee what could be done at this point and she replied «nothing, we close in 12 minutes»
The employee was short and unpleasant. I’m not sure about the food… I never received it.

My hubs and I are fans of Pizza Hut for cheap pizza but for some reason this one seems to under deliver each time. Pizza has been undercooked every time. Service is really friendly though! Please just cook the pizza longer!

Tried them again. Pizza good and service was great. Got a original crust pepperoni/​sausage and quality was good and in a timely manner.
