Terrible service, bad attitudes, dirty tables left unattended to, unpredictable pizza from visit to visit… but the biggest reason we’ll NEVER be back is looking up from our booth into the kitchen area behind the bar and seeing the older man who prepares pizzas wiping his sweaty face with a big white towel!!! Disgusting!

BEST PIZZA AND COLDEST BEER IN FRANKLIN! I love how it’s all high school kids trying to make some money working the front of house. I could eat here everyday seriously! Make sure to get a side of CI with your pizza!!!

The Margarita pizza was NASTY. No flavor at all or sauce! We could barely chew it! When we told them that the pizza was bad they seemed annoyed that we had complaints. Re-​evaluate your recipe for the margarita pizza please.

I’ve been coming on and off to this location since it opened. Pizza and sandwiches are always good, but you can tell there on autopilot. Not a bad thing but no real effort goes into the pizza or the service. Meatball sandwich had small meatballs, looks like the ones I buy at Sams club.

Really? You serve this crap? Pizza has actually been really good most times but tonight it was pathetic. Somebody knew good and well not to serve this crap. Overcooked, no cheese and brown lettuce on the salad. Now come one. Management were are you???

Bad on all levels. Our server dropped off our pizza then came back a while later with the bill. She never came by to ask how our pizza was or if we needed refills. We ordered the margherita pizza, which is pretty simple, and were thoroughly disappointed. We’ve certainly learned our lesson with this place. Just buy a frozen pizza and save yourself the disappointment.

Can’t say I have actually had the food here– we went in to give it a try and were told to sit wherever we like– then we waited a LONG time and no one came by.
We left when 2 tables sat down after us and were greeted. We went to the counter to try to get someone’s attention but were STILL ignored. It was a slower Thursday night.
Staff does not seem to care.

Let me be polite, the frozen pizza’s from Aldi are very comparable. Crust is terribly hard and nothing I would ever come back for. I wonder if possibly a new reality show called Pizza Rescue could use this place as it’s first turnaround.

Pizza was fresh and tasted good with a crunch to the bottom and crust. While it was thinner than pizza that I typically prefer… I had no complaints to the overall taste and quality.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. I wish I could remember our waitress’s name. She was so friendly and knowledgable. Our pizza was made to order but came out quickly. They have a great Happy Hour special and our pizza was delicious.
The only complaints I had were that the Italian sausage tasted a bit processed, and the Spicy Red sauce practically burned my mouth. (But I guess that’s what I should expect with «spicy» sauce.) But I still had to give 5 stars because of the great service! Will definitely visit again.

Best crust around these parts. Not a sweet sauce, but best in this area.

Sides are skimpy, had meat lovers pizza, unremarkable. Everything is extra.

I’m really surprised this Pizza place is still in business. Saturday evening and I was one of 3 taken tables in the restaurant. I should have recognized this as a bad sign. This is a pretty lifeless pizza joint with un-​original flavors. We asked the waitress to recommend a sandwich and this question clearly stumped her. Then my husband narrowed it down to the Hubie or the Jake and still the waitress was blank — lights out.
I couldn’t even focus on my meatball sandwich b/​c my butt kept sinking into an awkward area of the booth which had no support.
Anyway — I wouldn’t recommend this place. Eat mellow mushroom if you are looking for fresh ingredients and flavor.

I ordered takeout on 7÷5÷2011. Not a terrible pizza, not a memorable pizza. The crust is thin which I usually like, but the flavor just wasn’t there. I’ll give them kudos for the breadsticks, though — very tasty– but the dipping marinara was pretty bland. Overall, I felt my meal was overpriced for the taste and perceived quality.
If you want an ok pizza from a locally– owned place, go for it; they have a small (5-​chairs) bar w/​a fair selection on tap. Otherwise, there are better options in the area.

The pizza is the only thing I tried. Carryout on 10÷17÷10. If you like paper-​thin, crispy, saltine-​like crust, you might like it. It will also help if you don’t have tastebuds. Everything about the pizza was bland. I actually ordered & picked up a replacement from another pizza joint before I got home.
I have no clue how this place advertises itself as Williamson County’s favorite place for pizza. In my opinion, not even close to worth $ 13 for a large.

I have been here twice. The reason I came back is simple… They have really good breadsticks. They are 4 breadsticks covered with butter, garlic and mozzarella cheese served with special marinara sauce. They are not your normal bread stick. They are like a mini italian loaf split down the center with the cheese and garlic in the split. Very tasty! I ate 2 of them and my food came out so I had the other two boxed to take with me. I have included a photo of the breadsticks. If you try them, let me know what you think!
I did not get what most people get here. The first time I came here i had pizza, but today I wanted to try one of their sandwiches. I ordered the roast beef and cheddar. It had a house dressing and lettuce, and also is served with chips and a pickle. Never made it to the chips and pickle. I did however order some horseradish sauce to dip my sandwich in (if you have read my other reviews you will see I like food to have a little kick). What was a nice surprise was that the server brought out real horseradish, not just a packet of sauce. That made that roast beef sandwich exceptional. I like it when restaurants do little things that make themselves noteworthy.
Nice atmosphere with lively colors and paintings on the walls. The paintings are for sale by the way.
The servers and staff seemed really nice, and were very helpful. I have only been here at lunch time. I will see what it is like at night and let you know!
