Some of the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. My husband and I ordered delivery. We ordered Chicken Chow Mein with Pork Fried Rice and Beef Lo Mein with Beef Teriyaki and an Egg Roll. The beef teriyaki tasted like soap, the egg roll smelled like old vegetables so after one bite we threw it out and everything else tasted about 2 days old. We aren’t tough critics but this was one of the worst Chinese meals we’ve ever had. We will never go back and are hoping we won’t get food poisoning. We even threw out the leftovers which we NEVER do.

Two complaints: 1. Most of their entrees are LARGE only. For one person way too much food. 2. Sweet and Sour Chicken was chicken fingers with sweet and sour sauce on the side. Vegetable Lo Mein and Vegetable fried rice were good. Spring rolls were good. We will have to try other options in the future.

Never been disappointed. Delivery is quick. Food always delivered hot. Large quantities for very reasonable price. Can’t beat the appetizers and combo plates.

I’d like to start off by saying that I’ve been to Lee’s quite a few times and always found the food to be sufficient. I don’t know if tonight’s visit is an isolated incident or a sign that their establishment is no longer trustworthy but in either event I have not been left a satisfied consumer. I ordered food tonight and possibly ordered the wrong item — I would have been happy with the item I had misidentified when ordering as I’ve had it at other establishments before — unfortunately the item was of very poor quality(when ordering fried wontons, you’d expect them to be wontons you find in wonton soup, right? Not just the wonton shell deep fried with nothing else in them?). I spoke with someone over the phone to see if I could get a replacement and I was treated very poorly and basically told I didn’t know what I was talking about. Very poor customer service experience enough that I will not be patronizing them in the future. To top it off, I found a piece of cardboard in my lo mein. Tl;dr: Treated with disrespect and told I didn’t know I was talking about when stated the dish I ordered didn’t seem correct. Will never go back. Also found a piece of cardboard in my food.

I normally won’t give a business a one star rating, but Lee’s Kitchen would get zero stars if I could! My wife and I always see the delivery drivers all over town, so we decided to give it a try. I ordered generals chicken, which was disgusting! It was spongy and the batter tasted like a donut(but not in a good way since this was supposed to be spicy, crispy chicken). Everything else was just mediocre and bland. I would not recommend this restaurant. If you’re craving Chinese food, your best bet is definitely Bamboo House or Wah Sing!!!

I love this place. They use quality ingredients and the spareribs are not fatty. I hate that. The customer service is excellent and they always send a free sample of something with your order(I think if it’s over $ 30 order) last time we got a free order of general gaus chicken. Nom Nom

Let me preface this review with two things; first, I fully understand that my experience was from one of the busiest nights of the year for this location; second, my family has been in the restaurant business for over 60 years. My husband and I frequent lees kitchen because we are vegetarians and they are always happy to substitute tofu for any meat dish. I called yesterday to place an order, after going through everything we wanted I asked if they would be able to make a certain dish and substitute tofu for meat, I was told no because it was«the busiest night of the year». I was a little taken aback, but understood? I ended that call having placed everyone else’s order but nothing for me because«it was the busiest night of the year» and they couldn’t be bothered. I looked up their menu online and chose one of the same old boring veggie dishes that every other place has, and that I’ve eaten a million times. I call back and asked to add something to the order I had just called in, and was told that they weren’t making combination plates BECAUSEITSTHEBUSIESTNIGHTOFTHEYEAR. I was so perturbed at this point that I wanted to lessen their burden and cancel the order I had just placed, or better yet not pick up my order at all. I did pick up my order though and it was AWFUL. They were clearly just heating up food and pushing it out the door. I will not be back… but they may not notice since they’re soooooo busy.

Just ordered from Lee’s, but probably won’t again. Their peking ravioli were fine, although the sauce had a little too much ginger. The crab rangoons weren’t inedible, but nothing like what I would expect from crab rangoons. My husband tried 1, I tried 2 and that was it. Throwing out the rest of the box. Doesn’t taste like crab rangoons, hardly any crab, but some sort of veggies and not much filling. Husband had steamed chicken and veggies, which were fine, but didn’t come with rice, which one would expect with this kind of dish. Probably will search elsewhere for delivered chinese food.

Stopped in again for some take-out after a busy Sunday afternoon. Nice, tidy take-out place, clean, though I had to walk around a vacuum cleaner just left in their seating area. I have been here maybe 4 – 5 times and no one eats here — just picks up take out. Located in a shopping plaza in Franklin, next to a realtor and some other shops that never seem busy regardless of the day/time. Ordered and waited — pretty nice size portions and price is typical for these take-out restaurants. They seemed busy with deliveries and pick-ups, so my wait was maybe 15 min. Had a general gau’s chicken, chicken lo mein, 2 egg rolls(expensive at $ 5.15), beef and broccoli, and moo shoo pork. Items were plentiful, hot, seasoned well. We received a free order of lettuce wraps — which was a nice addition. The moo shu pork and the beef and broccoli tasted similar, even the meat tasted similar which was funny, given one was pork and one was beef(at least that is what we ordered). For typical Chinese take-out not from a busy and competitive Chinatown restaurant this meal was fine. Kids have plenty of left-overs.

After about 5 – 6 months Lee’s is still the best! I am always very happy with the food and the service is still the best. There is a lot of take out near the college and none comes close to Lee’s. When ordering delivery I from other places I have to walk to the parking lot to get my food but not Lee’s they come to the dorm door. The drivers are always so nice and kind. Way better then the other places in town. I get sick when I order from one of the other places in town. If you want the BEST the order Lee’s for the great service and even better food.

We love Lee’s Kitchen! Never had any issues. Food is always good, they have delivery which is a plus they say 45 mins but are usually to my house in 30 mins. Staff is very polite. My favorite is Chow Foon, the children like General Gaus.

For the past 4 years we have made it a tradition to order Chinese food on Christmas eve. We just moved to Bellingham from Medway and figured we would give Lee’s Kitchen a try. It took them an hour to deliver our food, but trying to be in the spirit of Christmas we were understanding and even tipped them $ 12 on a $ 41 order. The food was cold and we were also missing items. After calling them to rectify the situation they accused us of lying and trying to get free food. We offered for them to come to our house so they could review the contents of the delivery themselves. They would not deliver the missing items, so they offered to give us a credit on our next order — seriously! We have never received such poor food or service — they were late, the food was cold, accused us of stealing, wouldn’t bring us the missing items, and than wanted to give us a credit assuming we would order from them again! I would highly recommend not ordering from Lee’s Kitchen — there are so many better restaurant alternatives to spend your money with! We ended up ordering from Great Taste in Milford — great people, service, and food! An extremely disappointed family on Christmas eve.

This place is by far the saddest excuse for a Chinese Restaurant. I’m Chinese so I know what Chinese food is suppose to taste like. NOTHING here taste like it ATALL! I know this place serves Americanized Chinese food but even then, I’d NEVER go back. I much prefer Wah Sing over them. I’ve ordered the pork fried rice, chicken fingers, and crab ragoon a few times. It has no flavor what so ever. The food is not fresh and all I taste is the MSG. The fact that there are no actual Chinese working in the kitchen makes you wonder why it’s even claiming themselves to be a Chinese restaurant.

Lee’s is simply the best Chinese food in Franklin(there are quite a few Asian food type places in the town). Great service, great food served with fresh ingredients. My favorite dish is probably the General Gau’s or the Beef Satay.

Lee’s Kitchen is by far the best for Chinese in Franklin. You will not find another place with the good quality and good price that Lee’s has. Food is always hot and made fresh. General Gau’s is a must here! Definitely get it in a combination plate, you will not be disappointed at all. You only ever get white meat chicken here! Delicious and healthier for you. Lee’s is typically a take out place. There are a few seats inside if you did want to sit, but those are usually if people just ordered food and want to wait.

Good food and reasonable prices. I would avoid anything with cashews as they tend to be almost burnt. The crab Rangoon are tasty and the beef dishes flavorful. You are always greeted pleasantly and when they recognize you as a repeat customer they might offer you a free two liter of soda or order of chicken wings.

This is my neighborhood everyone knows your name kind of place. The staff is always personable and friendly even though there can be a bit of a language issue and they remember their regulars and take good care of them. Their chicken fingers are always crunchy and I’ve never come across that tough, fatty inedible piece one tends to find in chicken fingers. Their pan fried ravioli is a bit doughy but has a great crunch. crust that I love. I often get plain lo mein which they happily do for me but I also am a big fan of their General Tso’s chicken and Mongolian Beef. Overall Lee’s Kitchen is a nice neighborhood place for take out.

I had orange flavored chicken and thought it was very ordinary. The meet didn’t seem fresh… Overall a forgettable dinner, certainly not worth the price

Just had the hot and sour soup. It wasn’t bad, but I have had better. I would be curious to try other items. The place was clean and they deliver.

We love Lee’s! I’ve ventured out of my sesame chicken rut to try new dishes because their food is so good. Their vegetable fried rice is especially delicious and we always substitute the pork fried rice for it. Other dishes I’ve tried and loved: beef & broccoli, cashew chicken, lo mein, sesame chicken. The steamed peking ravioli come wrapped in a thick dough. While I prefer a thinner more delicate pot sticker, my boyfriend loves them. My favorite appetizer is the scallion pancake. I could eat A MILLION. Especially with the soy blend they send with it. Everything is always really fresh and hot. We haven’t gotten anything delivered because we live so close, but the food is always ready when they say it is. The prices are the best in the area and the staff is always really friendly.
