I’ve got to update my review. We ate at Grounds next door today. After lunch, we decided to stop in here after lunch. We’ve got a Persian cat who’s recently started to have some bowel issues. We stopped in here and talked with two of the employees who were working. We’d like to try some kind of holistic treatment for her issues. The two women on staff were very helpful and explained somethings that we should research on. They also gave us a bunch of food samples to try, along with a carton of goats milk to try for FREE! We also got a card of a holistic vet to talk with. I still think that some of the prices are kind of high, but the service here was great.

As of November 2015, the quality and customer service of the groomers has gone down significantly. The lady at the front desk didn’t even want to recommend one of them. The groomer that we did use ended up shaving my dog’s hair too close to the skin. The shaver cut her skin in sensitive areas (neck and stomach) and have since told the company. However, it has been almost 3 weeks not and I have not received a response. It is not worth bringing your animal here.

This used to be a wonderful place. My dog was groomed and came home with a quarter size wound under her chin. They cut her tummy so short they actually shaved her nipple off. Inhumane. I can’t even begin to imagine the Unilocal my girl did while under their care. I will never go back and will watch the next person that grooms her.

Great local owned store. Good selection of high quality dog and cat food (ever read the ingredient list on dog chow? «animal digest» is one of the savory ingredients). Friendly staff. Have seen a huge improvement in my Boston Terrier s health. Pet’s are welcome in store.
