I stopped in recently and really liked the place. My son and I spent an afternoon target shooting. The price was very reasonable and their selection of guns was impressive. When I’m ready to purchase a new gun I will definitely be back.

Meh. I’ve had better experiences at other ranges, but I’ve also had worse. I’m not sure what the stigma is, but it seems that it is almost a requisite that small-time ranges around here must hire guys with little to absolutely no personality to work their store fronts. I’d just come from their retail location, and received a free range pass with the purchase of a gun, which was a plus. I would not have wanted to pay to fire here. The guy up front was sort of helpful, but dry and unwelcoming. There was a distinct lack of customer service available, to say the least. On to the range. Once I got checked in, got my lanyard pass, etc., The first thing I noticed is exactly what many others who’ve reviewed have said: «This place is LOUD.» EVERYTHING is coated in metal, the walls, the stalls, the ceiling… everything. The pops and bangs from each fire reverberated off everything and hit you like a ton of bricks. I don’t mind loud shots when I’m at a range, it’s expected, you’re firing guns, but this was a tad on the ridiculous side. Not only did it make everything loud, but what’s worse, with each shot, sparks and the casing flew out, hit the metal panel on the side of your lane, and immediately flew directly back at you. I had not only my own casings and hot brass hit me, but that from other lanes as well. Several times hitting my arms, face, legs, and anything else that was exposed. Ultimately, for a free range day, I can’t complain too much, but I will not be likely to return here and pay.

Not your typical expectation of an indoor range. My first impression of this range was poorly received due to me, encountering a smart-ass employee. My first question was, «Am I able to fire my 5.56 here?» Response, «Can you?» Followed by, «It has to be 55g ammo and I’ll need to inspect it before you fire.» Not a bad exchange but a smart ass one. Then I asked if a lane was free, with a response as dry as the Mojave, «They’re not free… you’ll have to pay for one or did you mean open?» Because I had my better half and I wanted her to shoot and rather not call this old geezer a worthless piece of manure(insert language censor) I grabbed my guns from the truck and walked in. The sign up is pitiful, they all seemed flustered when 3 people stood in line and the geezer was huffing and puffing, obviously the most work he does in a day is making copies of drivers licenses and signing a waiver, wow. The eyes and ears are provided and targets were reasonably priced. The only drawback here is there is NO wipe down or sanitation on the ear protectors, you just hang them back up per Geezer. Word to the wise, bring your own. The range itself reminds me of an old, moldy basement with lead lined walls. I’m not an indoor shooter but I’ve seen much better for the money. The ventilation in the range is poor, carbon gases were thick and I know I heard more coughing than shooting. Respirators should be worn, otherwise expect to cough. Metal lined stations further made firing a chore as they reverberated throughout each shot, it made it more difficult for your follow up shots. Save yourself a trip and look elsewhere, you’ll avoid an asshole, an ear infection and upper respiratory issues. Not to mention the brass is spared for another day at a better range. I’ll probably give it another go, maybe they just don’t know how to talk with people, which begs the question that people with poor social skills should not have interaction with customers, especially armed customers.

This was a groupon deal. 2 guns, 2 targets, 1 lane. Ammo was extra. We opted for a couple of 9 mm semi automatics and 4 boxes of ammo. We got eye safety glasses, and ear covers. We were given rules of the target range and then let go. We had gone on a weekend, but it was overly crowded with wait times, so instead, we went on a weekday morning and had the place to ourselves. It was easy to clip our targets to the target holder, then let it go down the lane. We loaded our guns and had some fun. The place is clean, lots of employees to help us. Everyone was pleasant, patient and enjoyable to speak to. A box of 9 mm ammo went for $ 15 + tax. Don’t know the prices of the place as we were Groupon users. I would do it again, if they did another daily coupon.

Extremely rude employees, I went to use the range which I did but between me walking in, purchasing additional ammo and leaving I never received a hello, goodbye. I even dealt with two employees and I received the same horrible customer service from both in addition to not receiving the same range instruction and others that were new to the range like myself. They don’t know my gun or range experience and that’s dangerous.
