Coolsprings Car Wash

$ 7 for a wash that is literally broken? Some soap came out of the nozzles to get my car kinda soapy, a long wait, and then the light flashes to drive away?! It didn’t even rinse off my car. I’m going to attempt to contact the owners and then report to the BBB. It isn’t functioning but still takes your money.

Bought ten minutes worth of time and I noticed after a few minutes that the pre soap wasnt as soapy as it should be. I went to the machine to change the setting and put it on full power soap and it acted more like what the pre soap should be. Turns out the knob was broken and I covered my entire car with tire cleaner. The attendant came over and messed with the dial and I am almost out of time. He said it was broke but didnt give me my money back so I could go to another stall he just kept turning the knob till it looked like I was getting the correct setting. I told him to put it on rinse so I could get out of there and go elsewhere. By the time I got to another wash in franklin I had a dry film all over my car that I still havnt been able to get off. Guess I am going to have it detailed now. What got me the most was how he didnt want me to change stalls and insisted I let him operate the knob for me. I wont be going back. I have a feeling the rinse setting was actualy the wax setting. This place used to be good but It seems to have gone down hill and the owners arnt taking care of the place.

On a VERY busy Saturday afternoon, it took nearly 40 minutes from start to finish, and even then they won’t wipe down the wheels for the base price? That’s $ 2 – 3 more? Seems a little weak to me.
Bugs left sticking to the rear view mirrors and front bumper, streaks on the windows.
Not exactly the cleanest it’s ever been. I’ll go elsewhere, thanks.

As with any car wash, the question is. Does it clean my car? Cool Springs Car Wash offers both Touchless Automatic or Manual Wash. I would say that my car was left LESS DIRTY, but by no means clean. One advantage is it Accepts Credit Cards for Touchless
