Can’t say enough how disappointed I am all the time with Comcast and xfinity. Ugh! I would consider every other service available before them.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. No line. I like this location but it’s hard to find because the signs are small. I had to make a u-​turn to get to it but once there, there is plenty of parking. It’s in a little shopping center that’s kind of rundown. Has a taco shop and nail salon on each side of it. It’s close to downtown franklin so the trip might take longer due to traffic but once there, my experience was great.
