I’ve used Curt at Cloud Heating and Cooling for a number of HVAC related issues. We had 1 of 2 units replaced when we first moved into our house; the price for the new unit was very fair and we found Curt to be very helpful and honest plus he gave us good tips along the way. We have had him come back to work on other problems related to the older second unit; again he has always been helpful and honest. He is always responsive and is accurate at diagnostic. You can’t beat an expert who is also honest and priced well. We will keep using Cloud and I would definitely recommend them.

I hired Cloud’s in 2005 to replace my HVAC unit that went bad. The unit he installed, a 3 ton Rheem heat pump, just died so I had to replace it. It turns out that he installed a mismatched unit of old technology that was installed improperly (I got 3 opinions on this). He oversold an old technology unit that he installed incorrectly and charged more than he should have. I strongly urge anyone thinking about using Cloud’s to find someone else.
