Best Western Franklin Inn

This was absolutely the worst experience of my life!!! Do not and I repeat, do not stay at this dump! This was a nightmare! The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced!
The toilet was backing up from urine, so I called and asked for maintenance to plunge the toilet, I was told I could plunge it, they’d have a plunger delivered. After I plunged and that didn’t fix the problem I asked for another room so my family could use the bathroom and shower before checking out, the manager told me, and I quote, «we can move you to another room but you have to come down to the lobby, because I am eating my breakfast.»
I was completely outdone!
When I was checking out I asked to speak to the manager, the person at the desk, asked me” why? you got good service!“
Again avoid this dump like the plague!!!
One star is too much but the system default won’t let me select zero!
