Some of the staff are certainly not that friendly. Not outgoing and no personality. They also can get very snippy if you question them. Also, they only offer the minimum services. You have to ask for the rest. Had a physical examination and was not offered a mammogram. My husband was not offered a prostate exam. We are both elderly and these are exams that we should get at least once a year. Why do we need to ask for it? Also, women are not treated equally as men. We have been going there for several years and my husband gets to see the doctor directly and for the last two years I’ve only been able to get a nurse practitioner.
