This place is absolutely fantastic! I very recently(this week) tried out my first boxing class as a potential cross-training exercise for running and oh boy the workout from the class is just perfect. We popped in and after being hand wrapped by the staff, each claimed a heavy bag. The hour class is comprised of a 15 minute warm-up to get the cardio up: squats, lunges, jumping jacks and high knees. Then we launched into rounds of different sets of boxing combinations followed by high speed drills and then active ‘rest’ of more squats, lunges and jumping jacks. The 15 minute cool-down at the end are all the essential core work: crunches, bicycles, planks, and leg raises. The trainers are great at motivating and demonstrating the different combos and keep you going even at physical limitations. The end feeling is absolutely fantastic and it feels like every part of my body is being worked out and opened up. It is such a fun way of doing cardio with the variations and combinations of different workout routines. Signed up after the first free class for an annual membership that can be used at any Title Boxing gym nationwide!

Title boxing club is without a doubt the best work out I have ever had. The trainers are all amazing and do a great job motivating and pushing every member to help hit their goals. This is one of the friendliest places you will ever work out at. I clearly and highly recommend trying this place out. They offer boxing and kickboxing classes, as well as personal training. The club also has cardio machines as well as free weights if you also want to work on your strength and conditioning. What a great addition to Framingham and the metro-west. Its what this area needed!
