Papa Gino’s Pizzeria

We went last night at 10:40 and they close at 11. My friend ordered a slice and i got a small gf pizza. They were not rude about it and made it perfect. Didnt cook it too short to try and get us out early. Top notch service. I used to go here back when i went to framingham state and i think the crew that was working last night was better than any of the ones years ago. And my gf pepperoni pizza was sooo good.

I love Papa Gino’s pizza. Recently, I went to Florida for an extended period of time. There wasn’t a pizza parlor that compared to Papa Gino’s. I went through pizza withdrawals for the entire time in Florida. The plain cheese pizza is my favorite with a Greek salad as a close second. I cannot be converted to any other pizza. Papa Gino’s is the best!

I’ve been on hold with this location for over 11 minutes and writing this as I keep on the line.
I’m simply calling because I placed a order for delivery and chose the wrong credit card at check out. Got a email to call the restaurant, just trying to let them know I’ve got cash.
It’s now over 13 minutes. The pats game is over and has been. WTF!!!

I sometimes go to the Papa Gino’s beside the McD’s on Rt 30. But it was v. nice to try this P. Gino’s on Worcester Rd (almost across street from Friendly’s). This Papa Gino’s has a well decorated interior (⁸⁄₁₅), looking newly done. And. .. the pizza is terrific! That’s all we got that day, but will be stopping by for more choices soon.
The staff could be new, but they are excellent. It’s a bit of a good modern deal, to get v. good food, v. nice tables/​chairs, wall decorations, lighting, window views, and not leave a tip. YES, it feels odd, but this is the business, and that’s OK with me. Very nice selection of seating areas, a bit larger than other Papa Gino’s restaurants :)

I waited an hour for one pizza. I didn’t enjoy the too oily pizza either. Good customer service though.

The longest wait in my life, that I had to ask for the food to be take out since I already waited half hour, mind u changed it to take out and still waited another 15 minutes there business is more delivery then in house so the deliverys come first just saying, but I love there steak n cheese

Very bad experience. Ordered one special vegie pizza, took 30 for them to prepare. While preparing pizza the member didnt even care to wear hand glow. Chicken tenders WERE horrible.
I will not visit again. I dont have option to give 0 star, so am leaving 1 star.

I have always liked this pizza. When I lived in Florida and came to visit Massachusetts, I always made sure I came to Eat pizza here!

I’m in town for Super Megefest & had a pizza delivered. I thought it had not near enough sauce & the crust was a bit rubbery. I’ve never had Papa Gino’s pizza before tonight & won’t order another one on my own.

I should have known when we drove into the parking lot and the place was empty at 6:30 on a Friday night. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Papas. It took us 30 minutes to get 2 burgers and after 35 minutes we still didn’t have our buffalo tenders. These take 4 MINUTES to cook!!! I asked for half the amount of sauce. How hard is this? When I got them drenched in sauce and a small instead of a large, I asked them to fix the second half of my order! The young girl rolled her eyes at me and told the manager to «come deal with me» because she was off the clock! I explained the problem, and 15 minutes later, after we were completely done eating, he finally brought them to me. Never apologized, said nothing. My husband also went up to ask for a side of mayo and she proceeded to have a 3 minute conversation with the cook about her new apartment while she stood there holding his cup of mayo. Everyone there was completely unprofessional and rude! Maybe if someone went over to help the one person running the grill instead of 4 people watching pizzas cook in the oven, they wouldn’t take 40 minutes to cook the food at a «quick serve» restaurant.

Horrendous customer service. Ordered a pizza and the girl said «make sure you’re here by 10»… As if it were a threat. Pulled in at 10:05, sorry. Road detour. As I parked, I could see the people inside shaking their heads at me, like I was such an inconvenience to them. I walked in to pay the $ 30 for 2 horrible, greasy, undercooked pizzas and I smiles and said «hi» to the girl and she didn’t even look at me. Just told me my total and that’s it. Then I realized she was the «shift leader» and then I smiled, because I remembered that I was at papa ginos, and that’s as far in life that she’ll ever go. Avoid this place.

Really not a bad place, probably the best papa gino’s in the area. Staff is super friendly. I’ve grown up on papa gino’s so I have always loved their pizza.
