I am giving this poor rating because of the number of times that they have messed up our orders. They have got to be the worst Panera that I’ve ever been to in terms of accuracy.

I was just here with my mom and grandma. We ordered a cup of soup and a bacon turkey bravo sandwich. It took them over forty minutes to give us our food! I’m sorry but you are not a sit down restaurant you are take out. Get your ish together at 11:30 am on Thursday. Ridiculous

I absolutely love panera. This panera in particular is probably my favorite one. It is large inside and has a fireplace. They also have outdoor seating which is nice in the warm weather. The staff is very friendly here and my order is always right. I don’t think I have ever come across a dirty table here, either.

Portions have gotten a lot smaller while the price has stayed the same. The soup with the half and half meal has been cut in half as well as the salad. This will be our last time here. Just a disappointment. When the girl behind the counter was asked she replied rudely that it is the same size as always. Clearly it isn’t.

Worst service ever today at Panerabread in Framingham! Ordered a couple of to-go items and it took more than 30 minutes to get our food! They never said how long a wait it would be. They never managed expectations. There was no indication of a wait because there was no line when we placed our order. Some frustrated customers complained and some canceled their order and asked for a refund. NEVERGOINGTHEREAGAIN! Poorly managed business!

Date of incident: 04÷08÷15 Tony, the cashier: Asking people what their«nationality» is none of your business, Tony. Your business is to get the order right, get it done and over with, get things going. Asking customers personal questions about their ethnicity while they’re ordering is absolutely offensive. I understand you just want to be nice, want to break the ice by having a small talk, and I know you mean well. But you don’t ask these questions. These are personal. And intrusive. And rude. These questions are inappropriate in this kind of setting. You don’t automatically assume that just because someone is visibly different than the demographic you normally serve, therefore he/she must not be an American.
Mr. Tony cashier, stop living in a bubble. Get out of Massachusetts more so you can see a variety of people who don’t look like you. It’s 2015, you know, not 1960. Your casual racism speaks volumes about your deficient education. Perhaps if you educated yourself a little more in the past, you might not have ended up serving salad today at lunchtime — and offending a customer.

Seems like a high-energy slightly smaller space Panera, same food, but only two stars for attitudinal servers. Might give it a second chance. Primary inhabitants appear to be gamers and Framingham State students working on homework, along with mix of mall shoppers.

I love this place. I usually order on the phone and pick up my food for lunch and they have always had it right despite of the mad lunch time rush.

Soups are usually very good. Salads are ok. Got a sandwich today and it was NOT ok. I’ll stick to their soups and Caesar salad. I will not be trying their sandwiches again.

I wish I could give this place three or four stars, but nearly every single time I’m there they make a mistake on my order. Thankfully, the quality of food is always good and reliable(with the exception of their tuna salad, which I think is gross). The service is extremely spotty; if you’re lucky enough to get a manager to take your order(which only seems to happen when it’s mobbed), then you’re lucky… Otherwise, good luck. On a positive note, their bussers(the folks who clean the dining area) hustle, so it’s almost always neat and clean. If they could get their acts together on service and order accuracy, they could be great.

Only one star because the guy behind the counter, I think his name was Kenny, was pretty rude. I ordered my food and got the pager thingy. It went off and went up to the counter with it. This guy looked at me like I had two heads. I handed it to him and he just pointed to a rack that these go in to. I had no silverware and asked him for some, he gave it to me and I said thank you. He replied, «uh-huh». Wow. Bad day for Kenny. Anyway, he came over to our table later and asked if we were done and we said yes. He took away our plates and we said«thank you». He replied, «umm humm.» Food was pretty good though! Seems some of the staff are not too happy working there…

I love Panera in general, and this one in particular is in a great location(right next to target thank you very much). Although this time I tried their new grilled cheese and tomato soup– the grilled cheese was great but the soup was so bland :/not bad but could definitely use some seasoning/spices/anything

Big fan of Panera, they always have fresh good food. I usually get the Broccoli Cheddar soup and an extra piece of bread. When I went in today I noticed they had a new rigatoni dish with spicy sausage and peas, which I’m dying to try still. But I got the usual, with a Turkey, Bacon, Avocado sandwich, and a pecan cookie, great decision as they were all delicious :) Despite the fact that the line was long, and it seemed to be pretty busy… I got my food in probably 7 minutes or just a little bit less I was pleasantly surprised. Needless to say I’ll be back!

I’ve been to different Panera locations hundreds of times and this is without a doubt the worst. Service is absolutely terrible. Here’s two stories: Once I ordered food for two people over the phone, they said 15 minutes. I went in 20 minutes later, she said the food wasn’t done yet, gave me an attitude about it too, like she was annoyed with me for coming in too soon, even though it was 5 minutes after it was supposed to be done. 15 minutes later, they still hadn’t told me it was done, I asked another person who said it had been sitting behind the counter for 20 minutes. So it was sitting there when the first girl gave me attitude. I checked the food when I got outside, they gave me the wrong kind of soup. I went back in and told them, another person got annoyed with me. They got me the right soup. I got back to work to eat it, I was given the wrong kind of bread. I asked for whole grain, they gave me white. Today I ordered lunch again over the phone, he said it’s going to take 15 – 25 minutes. Don’t give me a range, there’s no point in my going in after 15 and waiting for 10 minutes. And 25 minutes? That’s ridiculous, it should be 5, MAYBE10 if they’re busy. I may complain to the manager if I get rude service again when I go in or if my food isn’t ready.

I am a fan of the franchise because of their cinnamon crunch bagel… SOGOOD. But we brought a foccaccia home and it was less than stellar in particular given the price. Paneras are consistent, good food, nice service, clean. Love their pastries and their bagels and their sandwiches and salads are always crowd pleasers!!!

The food is exactly the same as at any other Panera location. The downside to this location is that it is always ridiculously crowded, no matter what time of day or day of the week that you come in. I try to avoid it purely because of that. However, as far as the food goes, no complaints at all.

I always forget about this place for some reason when I am trying to decide what to get for lunch! They have such a great selection of salads, soups and sandwiches! I love that they give you the pick 2 option so that you don’t have to stand there forever trying to pick just one(even though 2 options still takes me a while because I love almost everything!) I tend to always get the broccoli cheddar soup and some type of sandwich. The last time I had a salad — the chopped salad it was really good and loaded with toppings. Their fresh tea and lemonade are always really fresh. They have a great bakery section too. Their bagels and pastries are really good but on the really bad for you side:) They do take call ahead orders which I definitely suggest if you are coming here to grab something quick on your lunch because the line can sometimes be out there door!

Great place to hang out and get work done Free wifi(altho speed can be intermittent), the black cherry smoothie is awesome, and comfortable atmosphere. French onion soup and vegetable soup are winners. Sandwiches can be a little too bready(focaccia). Bakery items are fine altho a little too big and too sweet, i dont buy these often.
