Old Navy At Shoppers World

the store was deceitful please avoid it, the woman cashier tricked me into taking an old navy card which I really find useless now. I was told that I could get a store card but found out things were very suspicious when I was asked my SSN and Income on store.
Now I have a hard inquiry and I didn’t properly know it was a credit card and the lady just simply told it was a discount card

I purchased some jewelry there along with other clothing items, a week later I realized that the jewelry never made it into my bag. I called the store and they still had the bag on hold from the day I purchased it, with my name on it. I love shopping at Old Navy and Framingham’s location has great customer service!

Very dissatisfied.
Drove all the way from Westwood, expecting my jackets to be on hold, that the lady from the Dedham Old Navy had THIS location reserve.
One blue and one brown winter coat, XL. Mens.
They reserved two browns. No blues in XL.
Why did I drive all the way from Westwood for this.
I’m going to return one of the jackets in Dedham, and pick up a blue, if they got more. Otherwise, here I come Walmart!
Also, I don’t know why it was a peak time, with SO much traffic on Route 9, and only 3 registers were open, the line was at least 5 yardsticks long and getting longer. The manager was friendly, and tried her best (+1 star), yet who ever reserved these jackets, needs to be fired, and so does the person who decided it was ok for only 3 registers to be open.
Next time I’ll just stick with Dedham & Walpole. I’d even go farther just to avoid this location, yet I do LOVE Shoppers World.
Yet, I’ll push up the rating to a 3 for the amazing manager at this store.

This store NEVER has any small sizes available. All Large and XL and XXL. Pretty disappointed. The swimwear was a mess and impossible to find a matching set in my size. Hanger size never matched actual size.
Men’s stuff feels cheap and was underwhelming. I do like that they don’t count at the dressing room.

Had to make an exchange and it was super easy. Even without a receipt or credit card I was able to go in and out to make a quick change.
No hassle and no questions.
Low prices, best summer colors, clearance items and lots of choices.

This is where I buy my «fat clothes» …ya know, the cheap clothes you buy cause you don’t want to spend real money on the size you know your skinny self should be wearing. Plus, the girl working there said I looked a size smaller than I am, so for that, they get an extra star!
Best to go off hours. My last visit was 7pm on Sunday night and it was pretty empty. Everyone was super nice and helpful and there was no wait for dressing rooms, although, the checkout line was another issue. Nice big parking lot.

Its huge & Everytime I have been its PACKED… so it takes 20 minutes to get through the register… and this store often doesnt have all the sizes Im looking for but its just like any other ON to me. Nothing special about this one location! There is tons of driving but dont let the walkway out front suprise you, people wont actually stop for you if youre in it…
Everyone in this area is in such a rush to get to where their going & they dont care how fast they drive by you & your young children almost sideswipping you to get there…
Ooh and they have carriages at this store… Which is a plus for a mother of a toddler!

Friendly cashiers. Lots of cheap clothes to choose from, but the place was trashed! There were clothes on the floor, all over tables, practically hanging from the ceiling. The clearance section was packed, and nothing was on the right hangers. There’s nothing more annoying than digging for a medium, and getting all excited when you spot one, only to find it’s actually an XXL with the wrong size tag. They also charged me an extra $ 13. I’ve seriously gotta start watching cashiers closer…
