Food is trash and overpriced. Wish I could drive to the emergency room so they could pump my stomach but I do not have time right now. Would not eat again.

I got food poisoning from the mediterranean burrito bowl(forget their name for it) with carnitas. I have been in the bathroom all day. The food was either old or rotten. It didn’t appear or taste fresh, but i had to get to a meeting, so I gulped it down anyway. Big mistake. I will never go to a fresh city again. I would have been better off at the mcD’s.

The wait is so long that by the time they actually take your order, the food is no longer fresh.

Our meals were completely inedible. The visit started with them being out if ingredients for the first two choices we made, and ended with a cold, inedible burrito and rice bowl. Avoid at all costs.

Food is good, though the menu keeps changing. One day your favorite may no longer be there. My favorites are all gone and the last wrap — which promised balsamic dressing — had no dressing whatsoever. The smoothies would be great if they didn’t all taste the same — FREEZERBURN. Awful. Get some food but stay away from the smoothies. I’ve had three over the past year, always hoping for the fresh taste that they used to have in this small chain’s heyday. This final time I threw my full smoothie out and lost that money.

Option«A» at the plaza, followed by the the Boston Market. As another Unilocaler mentioned, lines are usually very short compared to MCDs, BM and that sketchy chicken and pizza place next to it. Nice fairly healthy options and smoothies. I frequent for the chicken caesar wrap, it’s so frig-gin delicious.

Got vicious food poisoning from a greek chicken salad here in Feb 2014. Based on how I ate that day, there is no possible other source.

A nice option from the typical travel plaza food choices. This location in the Framington Travel Plaza on the Mass Pike has a good selection of salads, fruit and smoothies.

This really is your best option for food on the Pike, which is interesting, because it also has the shortest lines. I rank it «best» because they actually have options for full meals that are fewer than 500 calories. For people who drive up and down the Pike frequently, that’s important. And it’s yummy. This isn’t healthy food that tastes like cardboard. I always get the chicken burrito with guacamole, black beans, and cheese(low carb tortillas make this option even healthier, but I haven’t tried them yet). It’s delicious, although the guacamole is a little bland(the chicken is not, so it all works out). Other(relatively) healthy options are turkey or tuna sandwiches. And they have salads. That’s very nice. My only real complaint is that it doesn’t make sense to charge $ 2.25 for a bottle of water when there’s a gas station 10 feet away(you don’t even have to go outside — it’s all connected), and that the burritos are not as easy to eat while driving as I would anticipate. Someone did tell me, though, that if you ask, they’ll do a «neater» option, so it may be worth a shot next time. Overall, I try to time my gas/food/restroom stops whenever possible to put me at one of the stops with a Fresh City, and I’ve never been disappointed.
