Hands down the best Brazilian wax I’ve ever gotten! It easily was the least painful one I’ve had. And they’re super fast! Done in about 15 minutes. The only thing I didn’t like too much was how pushy they were at selling their products, but I’ll blame corporate for that.

I grew my eyebrows outs so they could look nice after getting waxed for my vacation in two days. I went in here as a first time customer and got my eyebrows done. I absolutely hate them! Thank God they were free because I would have demanded a refund. Now I have to go somewhere tomorrow and get them done properly. They look like straight lines when I specifically said arched and shaped. She then colored them in with a black eye brow pencil when I am clearly a natural fair skin blonde.
The manager reached out to me the same day apologizing and welcoming me back to have a more experienced waxer fix them. She was very nice, but I went elsewhere.

Jennifer Nunez does an amazing job every time I go in. She never disappoints me and always gets the job done. She is always smiling and you will enjoy her company! Whenever I get my waxes done theres never any hair left over and thats what everyone is looking for. She is amazing! I recommend her!!!

Moving from waxing at my nail salon to waxing at EWC was the best decision I ever made. The wax used is the hard wax without the strips so it is MUCH healthier for your skin.
Ashley and Jenny have both served as my waxing specialists and I could not be more thankful for them. They make the waxing process as comfortable as possible (which is not so easy when getting a brazilian) and they are knowledgeable about not only the process but the after care as well.
I absolutely love EWC in Framingham and will not be going anywhere else!

Mariana was referred to me by a friend, she definitely made me feel comfortable and was very personable. She does a great job and is very professional. I have been a client of hers for a while and I have followed her from previous locations. I would highly recommended her to anyone looking for these services.

My waxer is Mariana and I’ve honestly followed her everywhere from Newton to Waltham back to Newton now to Framingham.
I would follow her wherever she goes she is definitely a great reason to go to this European Wax Center. She is amazing at waxing and always professional. She’s quick but very thorough. I cannot say enough good things about her. :)

I was there today. My appointment was at 12:15 and I arrived at 12:22pm (I called to let them know I’d be running late and if I could still go or needed to reschedule, they said she might not do an area but I could still go). At 1:11 I had paid and was sitting in my car to drive away. I had scheduled full legs, a brazilian and under arms. I thought they would dedicate at least 1 hour to my appointment, but I was mistaken because when I was rushed to leave the room (so that I couldn’t even check the work) there was already another lady waiting for my esthetician. The wax is nice and almost painless comparing to others, but I still have a lot of hair that they called stubborn and are not (they’re very much loose in fact) and my thighs still have a LOT OF HAIR left. Seeing that I only waxed now (since my esthetician from another place is on vacation) because I will be going to a pool resort with my family, it seems that I spent a lot of money for no reason. There wasn’t time to do my under arms (even though they’d take only 5 minutes) and they try to sell you stuff left and right, I was even talking to my husband just now about doing the unlimited plan since the wax barely hurt, but upon inspecting the work done I’m having second thoughts. Also, everywhere I got to get a brazilian, they do a strip of wax on your stomach and they wax your buttocks (I do not mean the inside of the buttocks, that part they did) not here though; I didn’t mind because the stomach I can do myself with a razor if needed, and the buttocks will be covered by my swimsuit. I wish they had done a better job.

Maria was amazing, she was very informative. first time coming here and it seems very clean and pleasant. Will be coming back.

Unimpressed at best. The assumptive close and pushiness with the products and packages was an incredible turn off. Two stars given for the nice atmosphere.
My brows turned out amateur-​ish at best and very uneven– I will have to go somewhere else to get them corrected. Never again.

Bad wax + inexperienced worker = disaster!!!
I will stick with Elizabeth Grady’s.

I spoke with the owner, Michele, and she did her best to try and remedy the situation. I do have to applaud the customer service and management in dealing with a not so great situation. I went back in to hopefully have the eyebrows shaped in a more similar manner.
I did go to someone new who was able to shape them similarly. They are not perfect but there is at least a less noticeable difference between the two. This second waxing specialist, Mari, seemed much more knowledgeable and comfortable at what she was doing.
Michele provided a gel to help with regrowth of the hair that was removed. Again, management handled this situation as best as possible given the circumstance. Now it’s just a matter of waiting for my left eyebrow to grow in…

I went to this beautiful new location today for my first Brazilian wax. Mari was super friendly and made me feel right at ease. I’m seven months pregnant and expected a lot of pain… but I was completely wrong! I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment with Mari!

These place is amazing clean and organized and Najat the beauty advisor the waxed my eyebrows and my lips was extremely friendly patient and does a great job every time I go to her I am glad that they opened a new location in in the Framingham area again Thanks Najat and see you in 3weeks

Jennifer N who was my wax specialist and the team working there was great. Lisa greeted me as well and she had an energetic personality.
They greeted me in a friendly manner and one of the receptionist pulled me aside and gave me a run down on their promotions.
Jennifer gave me a brazilian and left me bare!!! It was awesome. Last time I got it done by someone else and they left wax remnants and pieces of hair.
Anyway, I’m glad they opened up this location and look forward to going there now!
