I have gone here many times. I always have to have them remake my drink. They don’t seem to know what extra cream mean.

It’s so seldom this location gets a drink order right — F.

Most of the time get the order right. They are just like every other dunkin better to go in then the drive through so you can get exactly what you order.

Well, after my fiasco two days ago, I went back and asked for a new coffee. The manager was really nice, and I appreciate her fixing me a new coffee. I hate when I go to a place for so long and then find out that their good service turns sour. I guess I’ll give these guys another shot. Hopefully I don’t get any more extremely wrong orders!

We usually stop at this Dunkin’ Donuts on our way home from the mall. There are signs directing you to park and go inside if you want a sandwich or more than a couple of donuts. I guess this is so the drive thru line doesn’t back up onto Route 9. We are usually just ordering an iced coffee for my husband’s afternoon pick-me-up. Everyone that we have encountered has been pleasant. The biggest downside is that it can be tricky to get in and out of this location. Route 9 is almost busy. If you just need a coffee, this location is fine.

Let’s see… They ran out of almost every kind of donut at 3:45pm, and they’re not making more? What’s more, the manager has already left for the day? And the employees think they have the right to call the customer a retard for asking to see the manager?! I hope someone high up in the chain of command sees this, because this is no way to run a proper business.

Convenient drive-thru on Route 9. But anyone who works at a store whose main purpose is selling coffee should understand that a «black» coffee means no milk or sugar. I had to explain it twice. I was picking up an iced coffee on Mother’s day for my wife, so it had to be right. I ordered it «black» no sugar. As I was handed the coffee it was obviously tan. I indicated that I ordered it «black» and got a blank stare in response. I then explained that«black» means no milk or cream. She then finally took it out of my hand and turns to the person who presumably prepared it and yells at him that I wanted it black. Then another conversation ensues in which she tries to explain to him what I’ve just explained and I have to interject because when he asked if I wanted cream instead of milk she seemed unsure. As if «black» only meant no milk, but cream would be fine. I explained again, and finally received a black iced coffee. This shouldn’t be a difficult concept. Black is the color of the coffee when you don’t put anything it it. And you both work at a coffee shop. Maybe a minimum of training could be done before putting people at the drive-thru. Also, what’s the deal with no sandwiches at the drive-thru. It’s not like they’re gourmet sandwiches. If McDonalds can do it you should be able to as well. Though don’t get me started on McDonalds employee’s ability to count.

Drive thru is great when you just want a coffee pick me up. They have a sign in the menu directing customers with bigger orders to go inside which makes it even quicker. Who wants to wait while someone takes«forever» when you just want one thing. So I can’t comment on the inside since I like the drive thru. The people are quick, friendly, and got my order correct … and it tasted good. It wasn’t old or overly strong coffee. East bound on Rte 9 before Edgell.
