Yarckin verified the underground wiring at my parents home had failed. The electrician came up with an above ground solution that could be timely installed at a reduced cost. David Yarckin was helpful in coming up with this great solution. My parents were very happy. We would highly recommend the company again.

I hired D S Yarckin to update my electrical service at my home in West Roxbury. He and his team were very professional, punctual and did an excellent job! They left no mess and were very considerate of my family. Dealing with David (the owner) was a seamless and a very postive experience. I would highly recomend D S Yarckin to all!

D.S. Yarckin did about $ 2500 worth of electrical work around our house. David and his team worked quickly and the work was of good quality.
About 2 months after the work was completed a bulb blew in one of the fixtures he installed. We replaced the bulb, a halogen flood lamp, with a new CFL flood lamp. The CFL didn’t work either, so we called David to have him come take a look at the fixture. It turns out it was just the bulb and we were unlucky and had two bad bulbs in a row. The technician kindly replaced the bulb for us.
We received a bill in the mail a few days later for $ 99.00 for parts and labor. When I questioned this and offered to simply reimburse him for the cost of the bulb, David wrote to me: «Please understand we can’t send out our technicians to change bulbs for free.» I suppose we could have investigated the issue further before calling him, but I thought this was slightly ridiculous especially since he did not say anything about this charge when we called or when the tech was here looking at the issue.
Based on this experience we will not be using D.S. Yarckin again.

I have had them do 3 different projects for me at my work, and I am very pleased with the outcome. Their prices are fair, they are prompt, and they are friendly from David Yarckin down to his Tech’s. I would recommend them.
