Although the exterior of the building looks like a flashback from the 70’s, the selection and quality of the furniture inside is impressive. My husband and I stumbled across this store as we visited the other surrounding furniture stores and made our final purchase here. We described what we were looking for(a 100% leather sectional under $ 3000) and it appeared that they could only locate ONE couch that fit our description in that price range. This place is expensive! But, they were able to work with us on the final price and we walked away incredibly happy and grateful. Now, I sit on my new couch typing this review. The quality of the couch is top notch and it is exactly what we were looking for. It is beautiful and we have received many compliments because it is unique, modern, and high-end. We are glad to have found Cabot House, even if by accident!

I’ve purchased a few items here and have always been happy with service/quality of furniture. Luckily I have never had any problems at all. The furniture is mid-range and mostly traditional. They do have other pieces. The showroom has a good selection and sales people are very helpful and attentive! I am chuckling about the reviews because I came here last Saturday and as i walked out of my house in my t-shirt and yoga pants i thought Id better change… Yes to get service you need to dress up… so i threw on my mink and jewelry and got great service. I own a business and I treat all customers EQUALLY but unfortunately this is not the case every where.

Amazing selection of furniture and unique home décor. However, THEWORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE! I order a coffee table and was told it would come in around 5 weeks. Three months later, still no coffee table and hardly any information from Cabot House. I’ve called and called and gotten little response from them. I’m amazed they stay in business as the place is always empty every time I’ve been inside. Be wise and take your money else where. This place doesn’t deserve it.

GORGEOUS selection — high end high price, exquisite personal service and care. I need a bigger house… and a bigger bank account…

For starters, dress like you have money or else no one will help you. I had to hunt down a sales associate because no one would approach us(t-shirt and jeans on a saturday). While they have an amazing assortment of styles, the customer service is atrocious. As an interior designer, I ask a lot of questions about the structure and contents of the pieces. Our associate knew nothing. He made up a grading scale for the leather and even when I called him out on it he told me I was wrong. For the prices they are charging, their pieces really should be made in America or even Europe, not China. After this degrading experience, I will never take a client there again.

Having purchased most of my furniture here I wasn’t surprised by the personalized service I received during this visit. Bob Albertini spent hours helping us find just the right style upholstered bed, and sofa to suit our taste while offering his professional interior designer opinions. That attention to detail resulted in both items being exactly what we had hoped and at a price that was very reasonable. One thing I have to say is that Cabot House does themselves no favors with their high price tags. Don’t be discouraged because the real take home price is often much less. Why buy an inferior product up the road when you can get something better for often less money here.

They have a pretty good varity of furniture which seem to be of higher quality than what I could find at Jordans. Like all furniture stores, takes forever to get your furniture. The downside is their after sale service. One of the knobs on our armoire was defective and Cabot’s manager,(Howard?) said he’d contact the manufacturer for us and call us back. We got no call back. After leaving a message and then calling again he said he would contact the manufacturer and call us back by Wed. No call. Then said he’d call by Friday, but still no call. Each time we had to call him to ask what was up. Finally he just gave up and said he was not going to help us. We’ll go elsewhere first, before spending a few thousand dollars at Cabot.
