Excellent service! Our a/​c broke on Saturday the day before my wife’s baby shower (pretty high stress situation) and Ryan came to the rescue to fix it temporarily (and didn’t take advantage of us knowing we were obviously desperate), then two days later came back with a crew and replaced our a/​c, furnace and water heater. My general contractor was there as well and he is generally very critical of any one else who does work on our house. This was the first time my contractor gave another craftsman his 100% endorsement. Ryan and his crew took pride in their work. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. They didn’t cut corners, and they treated our home like it was their own. Job well done by Master Tech. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC or mechanical services.

Came out to the house to replace the water heater, also looked at the furnace, and said it looked great. Same technician came out two months later and said the filter was never replaced (untrue) & needed a new furnace. Left furnace with no filter in it and walked out with the check. Furnace still functioning properly.
