Buyer Beware. when you are shopping in the store, the clerks do not make it clear that you are either buying products from Sprint or Radio Shack, until you try to return a defective product and then they easily point fingers and send you back to the manufacturer. Terrible, Terrible way to do business… awful customer service. «Spend your Money here, but do not expect any follow-​up help or refund when the product is defective».
