Walked into the Jimmy John’s shop no employee wearing masks and some not wearing gloves in this Covid is environment it seems like their employees don’t care when I called the manager to ask about this I was told they don’t require their employees to wear masks it’s a safety issue and these employees are not properly trained in food service? The manager acted childish and someone that wasn’t properly trained I would not purchase anything from the store the sandwich I received was from my points so I didn’t have to pay for the sandwich but it’s not worth my safety so I threw it out a lot of these sandwich shops and other restaurants or not following sanitation procedures and are acting as though there’s no pandemic someone should look into this Fox Lake Illinois thank you

Sub was ok. Cookie was better. Turned off for a few reasons 1) the employee was refilling the chips by sitting on the ground. It erks me to see people get paid to do a job and then sit on their butt while working 2) one employee had the big piece of meat in his hands. Nothing wrong with that obviously, buy the person could’ve been a bit more sanitary and wore gloves while handling raw meat.

I’m a pretty frequent customer and today is by far the worst service I’ve had, first off it took an hour for the driver to get here. And secondly they forgot my soda… their slogan should be subs so slow you’ll freak.

Great place to eat! Always welcoming an super nice. My food is done fast and delicious. Def. a better option than the fast food places down the street. Subway can go f itself compared to Jimmy Johns. They also deliver! What a great place.
