I saw Dr. Sujata Lalla-​Reddy in Fountain Valley Hospital (yes I saw her, she didn’t visit me!!). She was in my room Monday, Jun 8^th for less than 5 minutes and checked my lab inside the room (I know some physician check the whole chart and then comes to the room for short visit). She was in extreme rush and said she is going to see me again in the evening after seeing other patients which that visit never happened until two days later (I talked with my main physician and they called her several times). She was so rude and in rush again on Wednesday, she was so upset and had bad attitude towards me during the short stay in the room. I was in hospital for two extra days, Monday through Wednesday just because she didn’t have enough time for me.
Unfortunately because I have HMO I had to go to her as follow up, I told myself «OK, she left me in hospital to see her office patients, so probably she would have enough time for me in her office». I was WRONG. My appointments was on 13:30 (they asked me to be there at 13:00) and she saw me on 14:30 after an hour in waiting room and 30 minutes in exam room while I could hear her talking on the phone about personal matters. She spent less than 5 minutes with me, didn’t want to listen and kept ordering and talking down to me. The whole 10 minutes time that I had the opportunity to see her (during three visits) she never did any physical exam on me, she didn’t even listen to my lungs or check my lymph nodes,….

Dr. Reddy attended to my mother-​in-​law when she was in the hospital and new to the area. We decided to try her for primary care and cannot be more pleased! Her entire staff is efficient, caring, and professional. Dr. Reddy provides referrals when needed and the front desk staff even calls to try to make appointments for the same day! The level of care is over 5 stars!

Awful experience. This Dr. has a very (VERY) poor attitude and poor manners. Office staff is disorganized and do not take ownership for mistakes. Doctor displays unhappiness — as if she hates doing what she does; she could use a smile in her face. Will not go back ever again; terrible experience.

Medical Mystery=SOLVED…thanks to Dr. Reddy and Staff!
I was referred to Dr. Reddy by one of my favorite physicians Dr. Mehta (GYN) because my current primary doc failed me big time for a pre-​op exam. She gave the sign off for surgery regardless of numerous symptoms that have been progressively getting worse for almost 3 years. I have seen 4 Internal Medicine Doctors, Cardiologist, Gastroenterologist, Neurologist, Hematologist, Urologist, Acupuncturist, and Chiropractor. No one has come close to diagnosing me! It took Dr. Reddy’s office TWO DAYS ONLY to diagnose me with Hyperthyroidism. They listened to my symptoms, ordered blood work and NAILED IT! The office staff (Shelly, Casey and team) are incredibly organized and efficient in getting blood test and ultrasound results for my diagnosis. Now they are referring me to an Endocrinologist to manage my newly diagnosed condition! I’m switching to this practice as my primary care provider!

I’ve been going to Dr. Reddy for two years, but I’ve had enough. They are inattentive, disorganized and sometimes rude. The last straw was when I went to pick up my lab results for a physical. I had to wait for almost an hour and was charged to pick up my lab results even though everything was fine and all the doctor needed to tell me was to «exercise and eat right». Seriously, you can’t do that over the phone? You need to waste my time and charge me (and my insurance)?
If you think all of this is not terrible, get this: They gave me the wrong results. Turns out, the doctor went over my results from last year. I even noticed my age being wrong and asked them, they said it’s fine. Then I got home and compared them to my results from last year and found them to be EXACTLY the same. What a joke.
To top that, they now force you to give your credit card information to sign up for a trial for a PAID service.
