Best phở in town! Very tasty! Definitely would recommend to people and friends. It has a relaxing type of environment. I’m from WA state visiting the area.

Fed me trice and found my keys! I recently moved to the area and ate here three times already. The food was great, the prices were competitive, and the place is well kept. Nothing hits the spot like a big bowl of food in a clean air conditioned setting. But what really surprised me was how responsive the manager was when I lost my keys. I realized they were gone as I was leaving, and after a day of searching I was sure they were lost or stolen. I was preparing to replace all my locks when I got a call from the manager saying they checked the security footage and moved some furniture where I sat and found them! Totally made my day! I have never gotten this kind of service in 626(SGV) even though the food is there is good and probably cheaper. Pholicious does take card if the bill is over $ 10, but bring cash just in case. You can definitely get a meal for less than that.

Loveeeeeee this place so much. A coworker told me about it and it’s become the only place I eat phở now. The restaurant is clean and the phở is amazing. I also really love their spring rolls with peanut sauce, yum! My boyfriend and I each have a regular bowl, spring rolls and one drink. I usually have water. Our bill was only $ 23 and we left satisfied and full. Check it out!

So I would have given this place a 5. I order 2x a week but when you don’t put ice in the boba, they give you less and when you order phở, they literally leave half the container of phở empty. I order just the broth because I love it and this just saddens me. I’m so disappointed.

I’ve ordered Phở and Rice Vermicelli here before. I liked them both. The service here is fast and would come back to this place again for food.

This place gets packed at lunch! I think its at a great location, but I feel like they are always understaffed. The service is quick for phở and the location is clean. Perhaps I’m spoiled by other phở places, but the taste was average. You get what you order, but nothing that makes me come back. It’s a great introductory phở place, with a simple menu and good service. The drinks are great here. I’m glad they expanded their drink line for healthier options.

It was my first time at this place and the food was pretty good. We came at the right time because it got busy and they were under staffed for the evening. Another waitress did not show up to work and the second server was his second day. I ordered the phở tai and my colleagues ordered the banh xeo. The coconut juice was fresh. We all enjoyed out meals. I will be back when I am in the area.

I am pretty biased when it comes to phở. I have my usual spots Phở 79, 86, and 45. I know I like all the ones with numbers in their name. But, they are authentic and delicious. I was looking for a phở spot near work. This spot is on Slater/Ward. The Phở Tai Bo Vien(brisket/meatballs with tendon) did not wow me! Pholicious did not live up to it’s name. Beef slices were not that great nor were the meatballs. The broth was blah even with hoisin, lime, and sriracha! I had the spring rolls which were not too bad. Peanut dipping sauce was flavorful. Rolls were freshly made and delish! I would come here only if I crave phở on work days. There are better phở options around GG.

The service was awesome. One of very few places that serves 3XL size bowl for phở. When your phở craving hits &1 bowl is just not enough. Pholicious is the place for you.

This was a fun place for lunch. The phở was good. It was my first time having phở so I can’t give you a frame of reference for that but the food was good, the fish seemed fresh and the portions were plentiful. The waitress was fun and nice and we had a good time. Oh! And the drinks were really fun! They had really interesting fruit juice flavors and you could order boba balls too. That was really new and different.

This is my second visit to pholicious, and I have to say that I am pretty satisfied this far. The waitress greets you with a smile on her face, menus, and water at the same time. I ordered the Phở Thai and it came out fast, and tasted pretty good. They also have a food challenge to eat three large bowls of Phở in under 30 min, and it’s free.

Well this place is really into business and this is the 3rd time I am here and it always crowded Well today visit was just like previous one, a little wait time but fast service after taking the order and splendid food, the phở is good as the name indicates but the noodles and rice dishes are equally good as well They gave free sesame balls in case you like them on Facebook so won’t hurt if you promote some good local business

This is our 2nd time here and the first time I would have given them 4 stars for food and service, but today we had hOrrible customer service! The tall, pale, skinny lady that sat us was very rude — I asked for a table away from the door because it was cold and she sat us in a half booth towards the back which was great! I said thank you and she acted like she didn’t hear me so I said it louder to give her the benefit of the doubt and to make sure she heard me, but she just walked away. And we gave her another chance to makeup for her bitchiness when she dropped off the menu at our table and this time my husband said thank you, but STILL no response! So To the lady that thinks her shit doesn’t stink — just remember you need us(paying patrons) because there are plenty of phở places around here! Sorry, but you are NOT getting anymore of my business here. Word of advice for a small business in a very competitive area — learn and perfect customer service and not only to Caucasians since you so happily said thank you to the two gentlemen that forgot to sign their credit card bill! The one star is for the gentlemen that took our order and served us.

I love this place. I meet here with my husband during work and love their customer service. Their food is very tasty unlike any other phò place I’ve been to. Definitely recommend this place!

Its been a few months since I’ve been here and I am sad to say that the quality has gone down. The updated décor looks good but gosh everything that I ordered does not taste the same. I wonder if they have a new cook. The egg rolls were cold, the springs rolls were stale and the Phở… it is no longer the tasty Phở I once had. The meat on the phở is a lot thicker now and it taste like it’s been frozen for a long time. The noodles were undercooked and the broth just had tons of stuff floating around in it. I also ordered a to go order of the Lemon Grass Beef vermicelli and that has changed too. This was one of my Go-to places but I can’t say that I will be back.

Hungry. Came here to give them a second chance. Literally paying 10 $ for a vermicelli bowl of noddles. Paid for extra chicken. Got a bowl of noddles and lettuce and a four pieces of chicken ! RIPOFF ! ! ! ! Will NEVER recommend …

Can’t understand how this place has 4 stars!!! Food was blah, my rice was dry and tasted weird. How can u mess up on rice?! Place was empty only us and another table with 3 people working and yet 3 tables sat there dirty the entire time we sat there I wanted to see how long it will take em to clean em but after about 45 I gave up. My 1 star goes to the mango tea. Maybe today was an off day but come on guys at least clean the tables!!! We won’t be coming back, next time we want phở we r going to phở 45.
