came here because my friends said pizza was good here and I’ve never been so might as well try it. i think it’s expensive, because pizza hut has bomb pizza and its only $ 6 for a medium, but of course this is like a pizza bar so everything is way more expensive than a take out place. — wings — $ 7 a lb. we got 2 pounds so you could see how many wings that is from the picture — chicken tenders — this was okay, the wings were better though — bruschetta — this was actually good. crunchy bread. — the whole 9 yards L pizza $ 25 — mozzarella cheese pepperoni, ham, sausage, mushroom, bacon, onion, bell peppers and olives. this was okay. i like the bottom to be crispy and this one was kind of soft. i think this would have been better if i brought the pizza home and put it in my mini oven to toast. the one thing i hate most about this place are the chairs. this is a sports bar kind of, so you come here to be comfortable and sit and watch the games. this place has such uncomfortable no cushion benches, and they have no back support so sitting here for more than 30 minutes ached! made me want to leave!

If I am paying 20 bucks for a pizza I expect a good pie and good service. Unfortunately their service needs a bit of help. I was simply denied to use a coupon on an online order, even though the coupon I had did not have a code for me to enter online… how is that at the connivance of Lamppost. I asked the girl at the counter if she could find a way to take the coupon and simply lied and told me I couldn’t get the coupon because I had a discount on my order. Which I paid full price for… she didn’t even bother looking at the order receipt. As a paying customer it doesn’t feel good to feel unappreciated. I guess I’ll have to check First Class Pizza or Moonlight… a business that doesn’t appreciate their consumers isn’t a business.

Great pizza and wings! We come in here when in town and love it. They have big tables with bench seating and theres even a mini arcade. Their pizza is fresh! fresh and tasty ingredients and everything isn’t cooked to where all you can taste is the sauce and crust– i love being able to taste the mushrooms and the bell peppers –still crunchy– and all the yummy pepperoni and sausage. They also have a great selection of beers on tap!

Seriously amazing food everything from the pizza to sandwiches and salads are AMAZING! Even though some of the food is alittle pricey but you get high quality and the freshest food. It’s worth every penny! If you want spicy and flavorful pizza I recommend the Diablo Blanco! Sooo good

My favorite place for post softball pizza celebrating. Try the Thai chicken pizza if you’re feeling adventurous. Skip the pepperoni and get a salami pizza if you’re going single topping. FV softball teams get discounts on pizza and table kegs. The beer selection is good to.

Simply the best for a large thin crust cheese pizza(remember to sprinkle parmesan and crushed peppers!) for $ 17.25. We also tried their Garlic cheese bread $ 4.25 and an order of 8 buffalo wings $ 6.25. All were delicious and definitely fulfilled the pizza cravings! MMmmm… don’t forget to add a pitcher or tower of beer if you come with friends! They also have a small arcade in the back for kids and some flat screen T.V.s around the restaurant for those to enjoy game-time outside of home.

I want to start by saying the 2-stars doesn’t mean it sucks, the spot just needs work. We like to stop here before heading to shows over at The Observatory, otherwise we rarely show up. The staff is cool, but the customers that usually stop by, act like they own the place. There isn’t much a restaurant can do about that, but it is an issue; usually passive-aggressive-sports dads muttering racial slurs under their breath. The pizza is alright, but it is a bit overpriced for the size & quality; we just don’t stress it because it’s convenient, but if not for the concert we probably wouldn’t stop by. There is a lot available in the area during regular business hours, so we tend to overlook the place if it isn’t the only thing open. If you really want to try this place, I’d suggest take out; awesome staff, but anyone else there will make sure you feel uncomfortable.

I’ve had their wings, pepperoni and cheese pizza and it was good. Their pizza isn’t oily which is a major plus for me. There wings are good too! I’ve never eaten there because I usually order for take out.

I love their pizza and I end up bringing my family weekly. My son likes to dip his pizza in ranch so we can get extra at no charge! overall a great place to take the kids and when they are done eating,…they can play arcade games too!

We went to Lamppost Pizza on Warner Ave in Fountain Valley the other night and ordered a medium 4 topping pizza. Very disappointed in how little of the toppings were put on especially with a $ 17 price. It looked like they sliced up 1 small meatball and scattered it around the pizza! Not even a meatball on each piece of pizza! Been coming here for years to have dinner before we bowl… sad to see how they now compromise on their product.

Ok i used to love lamp post pizza era 1998 location la mirada but time has not been kind. Today its meh. The best pizza in my humble opinion is Petrillos pizza glendora, make a note on that! The pizza I had at lamp post fountain valley was greasy and tasteless. The service was ok. The prices were too high for the quality of food. My highlight of lunch was the Sierra Nevada on tap; delicious. But still priced very high. Lamp post is local pizza joint with about 6 beers on tap and multiple big screens to watch the games, generic appetizers and sandwiches, not bad if you live within walking distance or work close by for lunch But I wouldn’t make a trip to come here, it’s just Not worth what you’ll spend.

This Lamppost Pizza is off Warner and Brookhurst. This was my second time going to Lamppost Pizza and I would have to say it’s not very nice. I mean it’s pretty run down and there are screaming kids everywhere. It reminded me of Chucky Cheese. Just horrible! I have never had their pizza I usually just drink their watered down beer. This time my buddy wanted to get food so we order a BBQ chicken pizza. It was okay but me personally I am not a fan of BBQ sauce on my pizza but whatever he was buy the pizza so he got to pick. I mean the quality of the dough and sauce reminded me of frozen pizza you get at the grocery stores. I would have say that Little Caesars pizza has better tasting food and that’s not saying much. I the got $ 21 beer tube with Budweiser which tasted like RAMSPISS but we had to drink it because it would have been a waste of $ 21 bucks. Me and my buddy dusted that tube and didn’t even get a buzz. Should have filled that tube with like Root Beer because at least it tastes good and is probably be less money. I got owned. My overall experience for this pizza joint would be meh. I can think of 20 other pizza spots that are better. This one is at the bottom of my list as a last resort if all the pizza business burnt down and I had to go somewhere then it would be this place. Sorry for my crappy review but now i remember why I have only been here twice. — Matt

I absolutely LOOOOVE their pizza! I can’t believe I’ve never had lampost pizza till recently. But ever since I tried it. I’ve been coming back for more! Their pizza is not oily like most pizza places, their cheese is ridiculously good! It’s the kind where you bite into it and the cheese stretches out and is just so hot, fresh, chewy and BOMB! Their wings are good as well. My Bf loooves their wings. we always have to get a pound of wings as a side to our personal pizza!
