Sorry to say Home Appliance Company is no longer in this location and appears to be out of business. They were great now they are gone.

Walked in the store and purchased my washer/​dryer on January 24, 2012. I was told by the owner that it would be delivered within a couple of weeks. After several phone calls back and forth, I finally received the washer/​dryer on March 2, 2012. Since I was moving during that time I let it slide. The following day after the installation, I proceeded to wash a couple of loads of laundry. No problem with the first load but half way through the second load the washer turned itself off and I could not get it back on. I immediately called Home Appliance Company and Mark told me that it would be next week before he could get someone out here even though we were in the same city. With an attitude like it was my fault, he suggested I call the manufacturer and deal with them on the issue. I called the manufacturer and they sent a technician 2 days later and fixed the problem. What bothered me the most was the attitude by the owner, like «well you bought it now you deal with it». He offered ZERO post customer service and even had an attitude about it. I would definitely stick to Sears, Home Depot, Lowe’s, or any other large store that you have recourse with.
