I actually made a Unilocal to write a review for this place. Although the selection on glass isn’t huge, the lady working there is very nice and helpful. Told her my price range and she pulled out a bunch of different products and even knocked off a couple bucks on my purchase. First time coming in here and i was very satisfied.

I have been coming here for quite some time now and I love it! The woman that works here is very helpful and has a good sense of humor, which makes the overall experience very enjoyable. Keep up the excellent work!

I am so upset with this place. Went in today to buy a globe tank. I paid $ 11.99. Normally a $ 8-​$ 10 item. I gave the guy $ 13 and said, thanks for having this product. I leave here, go to my home, and use it for 5 – 10 minutes, didn’t even dirty the thread or get thru half a serving, and bang, the globe attachment stops working. I’m think waaaat? So I wait until I have to leave my house again, I do and drop in to let them know what happened. I came in, told the guy and he says «No refund or exchange» and I said OK, I get that, but I just bought this from you.
He then called his wife, she gets on the phone, and then she tells him to sell me just the atomizer. I’m down. Great solution! So I said I’m down. He looks into his stock and finds nothing. We try on the atomizer he has but then nothing fits. Great. So now, the guy is looking at me for with a blank look.
TOUGH CRAP YOUR ON YOUR OWN. needing the globe, I made another purchase and told the guy I’m never coming back.

This shop is terrible. Horrible customer service and horrible products. Unless your buying packaged cigarettes, stay away. I made the mistake of going here but now I am leaving you with my story and my review. These people are ruthless and not a good place to try to get any type of love. I guess that’s how business should be right? WRONG! people forgive but Don’t forget. Good riddance to this dump

Cigars are over priced… Limited selection… No knowledge on products… cigars are also dry…

AVOID THIS PLACE! I normally do not write any bad comments about places but this place swindled me hard. I bought a sharpstone grinder from there which was FAKE. The lady did not even tell me anything as if she was waiting for me to purchase such a faulty product. Not only was it fake, it did not even grind my product at all. When I came back to tell her the problem that the grinder was fake and faulty, she had the nerve to tell me that it was my fault that I did not ask her if the grinder was fake or not. What kind of fake business are they running?!
Majority of the product they sell there is fake and the only way to know if it is is unless you tell them if its fake or not which is quite rediculous…
Please avoid this place at all costs!
