The service was fabulous and they where busy but the assistant manager she had to drive me back to my office! Spectacular Job!

I rented a car @ this location from Saturday-​Tues for a one way Vegas trip. Unfortunately, the ignition light went on b4 we hit the road. Fortunately we were able to swap for another safe car. When my cc statement posted, I got bill for $ 30 more than the original contract. I called Enterprise @ this location, got connected with Shelby. I explained our unfortunate car affair, she was happy to help us resolve the billing problem peacefully. Thank you Shelby! Will definitely rent from here again.

I rented a pickup from this location a few months ago for a short-​distance move around town.
Making the reservation on their website was quick and easy, and it was a plus that I was able to find a special discount code if I used my Discover card. Was able to choose a certain class of car I wanted, make a reservation and have a confirmation sent to my email using their website in just minutes.
The location is at the Costco shopping center on Newhope/​Talbert. Parking is easy, there’s plenty of space despite the numerous businesses here.
I came in on a Friday morning and the place was packed… and only two people working. I think at one point — about 15 or 20 minutes into my wait, the manager or lead or something finally stepped in and helped ease the wait. I realize that rental offices can be crazy, but would be nice if there was a way they could streamline things a bit. When I finally spoke to a rep, she was friendly and was able to get me to do a walk-​through of the car, sign papers and out the door with keys within 10-​ish minutes.
Dropping off the car was easy as well, the clerk that helped me was friendly and even pointed out the low mileage use on the rental (about 20 ish miles lol).
Join their Rewards program if you plan to rent for more than a few days. Points quickly add up.

Marcus treats customers very bad by being very aggressive and rude. This location lies to customers by upselling additional services and then backing off based on their revenue. Marcus stated that he will keep my security deposit just cause he didn’t make any revenue off me. They are very inconsistent when it comes to issues knowing that they know they promise things to customers just to sell additional insurance on the vehicle. I will file a fraud report with my Bank and will report this incident to the business Bureau so they are aware all the gaming and the manager is ok with that. I will never come to this location and will take my business to Hertz. Like Dara M said 6 months ago based on her review Marcus is very rude and aggressive when it comes to helping you he will lie and pressure you and get his sell.

So accommodating and friendly! I have had to rent a car for 6 weeks… Will rent again from them!

This one is a real stinker.
Branch manager is rude.
Service staff is slow and defensive.
Made me wait for a ride each time I came to the office.
Would rather endure a trip to Hertz any day.

DO NOT RENT CARS HERE!!! THEY MISREPRESENT THEIR CHARGES! My husband had a car accident and UNFORTUNATELY this was the closest car rental company from the collision center. Plus they’re very unprofessional and rude!
They charged my card and didn’t even care that I never approved these charges or was present. They said, «well that’s not our problem». Yes, my husband had my card but as a business how dare they accept a card that is not from the customer present?! HORRIBLE! GO TO HERTZ NEXT TIME PEOPLE! or any other rental. Hope this helps. I never write reviews but I wish I would’ve known.

I had a great experience, even during peak rental season. June july, not at lot of cars as they go fast, however they do work it and can get u a car.

Great Customer Service, they even picked me up from my home and dropped me off after I turned in my rental car. OH also, i had rented an Economy car and was upgraded to nicer car because they had no more economy cars on the lot. Overall a great experience, local, near by house and office.

We have used this rental facility many times and have always had great service. In particular, Alice and Tony but all team members are great.

I have been a customer of Enterprise for over 10 years, and had never had a problem til a couple weeks ago.
When I picked up my car Marcus used very strong hard sell tactics to try to get me to buy their insurance, including saying I would have to pay $ 1000 deductible if I was in an accident. I told him that I have regular insurance and don’t need the car rental insurance. I asked him where he got the $ 1000 number from, and was it in the contract, because he had written that number on the front of the contract. He pointed to the paragraph that says renter is responsible for any damages. I said, no problem, I have insurance. I asked if there was something new to how Enterprise dealt with damage to the car, and he said there had been a change in January. I asked him what was different but he couldn’t or wouldn’t say, just reiterated I would have to pay $ 1000 whether it was my fault or not. By this time I was angry at his hard sell tactics and lack of information, and told him I would sign the contract, but he had just lost a long term customer of Enterprise.
When I dropped the car off, I had a very informative conversation with Alice. In contrast to Marcus, Alice was very straightforward and kind hearted. I asked her what the $ 1000 deductible was about, and she let me know that was the deductible the renter has from their regular insurance, and that, no, there was no recent change in how Enterprise handles damage to a rental car. By this time Marcus had joined the conversation and so I let them both know my deductible is $ 100 not $ 1000. It was very misleading of Marcus to try to pressure me to take the rental insurance with this made up $ 1000 number he refused to explain.
I strongly suggest Marcus get coaching on how to be nicer to people, and to avoid being misleading.
By the time Alice dropped me off at the body shop, I was comfortable with renting from Enterprise, again. Her honesty and integrity was a breath of fresh air.

Came in today March 28, 2015 to rent a car for my pops and on the phone Marcus was very helpful with all the ridiculous questions I had. Even though it kind of seemed like a common sense answer. Thanks Marcus. As for the guy, Kenny, who helped us at the front desk is super helpful, professional, and funny as well. It was a little busy in there, but they were trying their best to be quick. If you feel that they were being slow then you of course don’t have patience or manner. Imagine being in their positions. Its not them, its the customers that they need to tend too and answer all their questions before moving onto the next. I mean. Dont you want to rent from honest and helpful people?
Overall, great experience.

My friend originally rented from this place after Xmas (12÷27÷14 to 12/​29/​2014) and we were left stranded without a second car for our road trip to Las Vegas. I rented from the Alhambra branch and was given a courtesy call regarding the possible long wait. We were a bit annoyed how that impeded on our original schedule, but we toughed it out.
My friends who rented from Fountain Valley’s branch never heard anything regarding their reservation and assumed it was all fine and dandy since I received a call regarding the delay. When we showed up to pick up their car at the Fountain Valley branch, they locked their doors and did not give any options other than a huge Chevy Suburban which we did not originally reserve. It’s not like they would give us the upgrade for what we paid anyway.
It was a fact that they oversold their cars and couldn’t keep their promise. Overall, I have had great experiences renting from Enterprise and would recommend it to others, but my 5 friends and I were appalled by the lack of professionalism in their correspondence. We were left with just a few options: Pay an enormous fee hike by renting from LAX (75 $ a day for a 5-​passenger vehicle) or consider another competitor. Thankfully, the Avis in Costa Mesa had one car left for us.

If there was less than one start his place would get that rating. Just wasted an entire day although I had a reservation confirmation.
Alex took my all after 5 times ringing through without any answer. Claimed not to have my reservation although I had an email. He took my number and promised to call me when they had my car.
Two hours later no call and again no answer so I kept ringing until Marcus picked up.
Alex no longer in the office so Marcus told me the car was here. I’m here now an hour later with several other people some without reservations and they are still issuing cars here for other locations.

I rent from fletcher jones location often and have never ever had this problem.
Alex is here but Marcus is telling need is not, told somebody in the phone he is.

FIrst of all, their hours are incredibly inconvenient. 8am to 6pm? I woke up and my car wasn’t working so I had to drop it off at the garage. I was able to rent a car from Enterprise and that was fine. By the time I got to work, I was 1 ½ hrs late. Ok things happen. I left work at 5pm to rush back to the garage which closes at 6. When I left the garage I had to rush to get back to Enterprise. I called to let them know I was right around the corner and would be right there. When I pulled in, the lights were off and I saw two guys who worked there walking out. I said «Excuse me, can I leave the keys with you?» They ignored me and left. Now I have to wait until 8am again tomorrow, be late one more day to work, just to return this stupid car. SERIOUSLY — YOU CLOSE AT 6PM??? YOU RENT CARS! Jeez.

I was given a 2013 Ford Focus. The remote is broken off and taped to the Enterprise tag, and the key is clearly a cheap copy. I have to press the remote a bunch of times to either unlock or lock the car, and it often doesn’t work so I have to unlock the door manually with the key, which then sets off the car alarm. The car was also handed off to me due for an oil change.

Very friendly staff and great to work with. — I’ve rented from them a total of 60+ days this past year. I love that they’re local and they take debit cards.
I’ve rented great cars, from leisure cars (I recommend the Camaro for a weekend of fun!) to everyday cars for when my car was in the shop. — I recommend them to anyone! I really dont know why people have bad experiences here… It’s always been more than satisfied and the service is quick!

Worse place to go rent a car. One of the sales associate slam me with extra coverage that I didn’t want. Spoke to the manager issue wasn’t solved manager also had the odasity to ask me… if I was fully satisfied are u kidding me??? Worse experience ever stay away don’t recommend this plc too anybody…
Finally enterprice call me today after 1 year and couple of months guess what ?? Issue wasnt solved… Im responsible for the insurance that this guy slam me with… not cool. stay away from enterprice they dont care about there customers… ppl stay away*****rude ppl that just slam u with addional coverages that u dont need…********stayaway*******

Never again. There were too many strikes against this place not to say anything.
1. We ordered a Dodge challenger or equivalent online. He gave us a variety of choices and had us choose a Convertible mustang and then said after that it will be more cost. The «Dodge Challenger or equivalent «was a Mazda 6 in their eyes. Come on!
2. The Mazda 6 wasn’t even washed! It looked like it hadn’t been washed in a month and there were pork grind wrappers in the back seat.
3. The other stuff I could forget and call it a day but there was shameless up-​selling on insurance. We declined politely but he kept trying to sell us different tiers or levels of insurance. Then giving us all sorts of horror stories and accident stories projecting bad juju on our trip. No means no buddy, the first second and 3^rd time. I told him
» I’m ready to cancel this and drive myself on this road trip.
4. On our road trip a few hours into it the good olé Mazda 6 had a tire error so we had to fill up the air in the tires ourself. Aren’t they supposed to check those things?
I won’t use them again for misleading advertising, pressuring sales guy and poor maintenance of their cars.

This most recent time the service was great. I forget who I spoke to on the phone, but when I came in, she introduced herself to me, it was really nice.
I have one of their cars for about a month… and they have been pleasant to deal with and very easy — my insurance is handling it — and it really was very smooth. And QUICK which I LOVE!
