Got my hair cut by Colby a few weeks ago and absolutely love her! After many many botched haircuts and coloring gone awry, I am always terrified to try a new hair stylist. I booked my appointment online with Colby, which is super easy and convenient. She gave my hair so much more movement and body! She is fantastic!

Colby is absolutely amazing and so much fun. She did my makeup for my wedding day along with my 4 bridesmaids and my mom. Everyone was gorgeous but natural looking. She came to my hotel suite the morning of my wedding and was able to do all 6 of us in less than 3 hours and worked simultaneously with the two hairstylists I had there as well. Colby also gave one of my bridesmaids tips on covering up her tattoos and what would work best. She kept me so calm with her fun and upbeat personality. I would recommend her to any bride looking to be glamed up for their big day.

Colby is the best! I’ve been going to her for years. As we speak she is putting in some extensions for me and I love love love the color she chose! She also did my sister’s extensions for her wedding (plus all our makeup). I would definitely recommend her for hair and makeup and she is so fun to chat with.

Colby is simply amazing. I have tried, on more than one occasion, to cut my hair, dye my hair, take out my extensions, etc… Every time, I managed to butcher my hair. And every time, Colby saves my hair and makes me feel like a million bucks! I’m not scared to try new things with her because I trust her and I know she will listen to exactly what I want instead of improvising and making the cut the complete opposite of what I wanted. Also, she’s hilarious… just go to her.

I have been seeing Colby for years & I have never once been disappointed with her suggestions & the outcome of my hair. She definetely knows what she is doing when it comes to hair & makeup. If your looking for a new stylist I highly recommend her. You won’t be disappointed

Colby is awesome! She does amazing haircuts and colors. What ever your looking for she can make it happen, from simple to dramatic to updos.

As many brides know, the day of the wedding can be stressful and it is really important to have a hair and makeup artist you love and who sets a positive tone. Colby is the best. I had a hair crisis– my normal hair extensions lady moved and I needed a quick solution. Colby was fun, professional and quick. She did not linger to stretch the apt out– she does hair with integrity. Will be coming back soon to have them moved up!

Colby is phenomenal. She’s very friendly and loves to chat; she makes you feel like you’ve known each other forever. From the moment I walked in and attempted to describe how I wanted my hair done, she knew exactly what I meant. I got it colored and cut and I love it so much! I’m definitely only going back to her! I’ve been to many hairstylists, but none like Colby. I don’t even have to say what I want, she just knows! I always leave more than satisfied with my cut, and I’m very picky when it comes to my hair; and I’m a dude. No more little off the top disasters, Colby knows her stuff!!! Colby is one of the best in OC hands down! Usually I go to Allure on Brookhurst, and while they are ever so slightly cheaper, they talk loudly in Vietnamese, and I have this nagging suspicion that they are talking about me. Colby gave me bangs and they look really cute. Plus you can schedule online. As Vincent U. mentioned, Colby has a way of treating you as though she’s known you forever, but in my case, she actually kind of has. I worked with her at a movie theater a gazillion years ago and was looking for salons on Unilocal and found her. She will be my regular until I move out of my parents house.

Colby is amazing and she knows her stuff! She makes you feel very comfortable and explains everything she is doing as she is doing it… she also gives you options so you can choose what style, color or extension type works best for you… Love Colby!

Cutting Asian Men’s Hair. Oh, yeah, it can be a challenge to find a stylist who doesn’t make that hair type look like, well, EVERY OTHER ASIAN GUY’S HAIR. Colby is my go-​to stylist when I just don’t want my hair to look like EVERY OTHER ASIAN GUY. I’ve been to a few in my life, and I can tell she has a knack for cutting (It’s in the wrists and fingers). Been to her for 3 times now and she’s pretty darn consistent. I highly recommend to go to her NOW. Btw, I’m Italian.

Colby made the most important day of my so far, my wedding, that much more special by making me feel absolutely beautiful. She did my hair and make up exactly like the way I imagined, and I barely had to give her any direction. I came to find Colby because a fellow beautician, who works at the same salon, said Colby could do anything (that the beautician I was going to could not). I tried her out for the wedding and never went back! She makes you feel like you are catching up with a BFF you haven’t seen in years as opposed to someone you see every once in awhile. Her hairstyle is constantly changing, which makes me want to try new things. If you don’t try her you are truly missing out!

I moved here two years ago and was blessed to have found Colby as she is amazing! She is very attentive and listens to what I want and need to be done while getting my hair styled. She is an amazing colorist and keeps me looking young as I am in my mid 40’s :D She has a way to make me look good and feel even better about myself anytime I go to her. Her professionalism and courtesy is a huge plus also. Our personalities clicked immediately and made me feel like I was home being a newby to California and I’m from Alabama so… :D I have also referred her to others and they have been happy with her services as they love my hair and had to know who does it. I have seen pictures of her makeup work also and if anyone is getting married or a prom, highly recommend her!!! If you want to look and feel amazing, I suggest you get on her schedule… you deserve it and she can definitely make it happen!!!

Colby knows what she is doing!!! Not only is she good at what she does, she also knows how to entertain her clients. She is very good with people. Not your typical snooty hairdresser. I use to go to an expensive newport salon and have Colby a try and I haven’t left her in 5 years. She is affordable and her work is better quality than some of the expensive places you find in Orange County. I highly recommend her.

Colby is the best thing that has ever happened to me. She has a way of treating you like a she has known you forever even on your first visit and she does a great job making me look like the rock star I want to be instead of making my hair look girly as other hair stylists tend to do. As a male, it can sometimes be hard to find a hair stylist who can make you look the way you want. A lot of them are clueless because they mostly handle women. This is not the case with Colby and I definitely recommend her!
She was suggested to me by female friends, and I can defiantly say that they look much hotter after Colby is done with them than when they go to other hair stylists.
If I had to get a haircut everyday, I would be overjoyed if my hairstylist was Colby.

Colby is one of the best in Orange County! She’s a pro at hair coloring, extensions, and cuts and I would recommend her in a heart beat. Colby is so sweet and I have been getting my hair done by her for almost ten years now. She also does makeup and a few other things, but I recommend you stop by her first if you’re in the market for being beautiful!
