I’ve had my ups and downs at this location. Today was my last sandwich. Store closing tonight. Franchisee will not seek another location. Thanks for keeping the Wi-Fi running today and good luck with whatever U end up doing :-)

Normally, I would not agree with everyone’s negative reviews about this place because the owner lady is alway so nice to us everytime we come in. Maybe because I have two beautiful twin girls with me. But today, her and her staff true colors came out. Today, Tuesday(11÷3÷15) was the buy one footlong and a drink and get a second footlong for free. I’m not sure about the details with this promo and the relationship with the franchises but«I’m guessing» the individual store owners are losing money and particularly this owner was not happy with this Subway promo. But if you think about it, this promo allows new foot(no pun intended) traffic to be exposed to your store; therefore, as the Bible says, «You will reap what you sow.» So instead of putting the fake act she’s been doing for my family and I, this lady and the staff was rude as heck, to my wife and the nice older gentlemen behind my wife and I sat there having to hear all this. I’m not going to go into details what rude attitudes they had today because after reading all the other post, they seem to be like that everyday. Too bad, I like Subways and this is the closest one to my house but it’s worth the drive to give my money to someone else nicer. Maybe also a place where the hired hand is not your son, sister and mother :) in that order as you place your order :)

Owner needs a lesson on professionalism and customer service skills. Employee approaches me with«Wazzup?» and an awkward look… sorry since when did this place become ghetto? What really compelled me to write the review was a man trying to get his sandwiches toasted and he is told he will be CHARGEDEXTRAFORTOASTING. Seriously? According to the arrogant lady working there, this is the law since«forever». Guess i’ve been going to illegal subways for the past 15 years bc its the first time i have EVER heard someone PAYINGMOREFOR A TOASTEDSANDWICH! Why are you doing a customer service based business if you can’t even respect your customers? Mind you, the man in front of me and myself were VERY polite to these people, we did not produce the employees arrogant behavior, it was just there naturally.

The Indian workers there are very slow and they don’t understand how to make the sandwich and the sandwich were already cold. I hated that experience. Never going back until they change the staff.

REALLY bad customer service here. I’ve been a Subway lover for years and I’ve never experienced such poor service as I have at this location. The incredibly slow staff doesn’t seem to know how to make sandwiches and salads properly. Messy placement in meats and veggies. Stingy on ingredients, especially when it comes to salads. I could go on. One female staff member in particular has greasy, unkempt hair that is unappealing to see in a food handler. Most importantly, she is often heard yelling to other staff members in her training of them. She is also subtly rude and arrogant. Franchise owner, please advise your employees on how to improve both their sandwich making technique as well as social skills. It is greatly needed for the employees of this store.

if i could i would definitely leave them no star!!! very rud and when i say rud i literally mean rude!!! this place is not clean they dont use any clean knifs or veggies eveyrhing is rotton .so much attitude and they force u to buy sandwiches if decide you dont to buy it… i do no recommend anyone to go here unless u want to lose respect and get treated like trash and eat dirty food and pay more for no reason. i will make a complaint om bbb also and the city should shut you guys down! you scum bags cant even speak english

Absolute worst customer service. Both times I’ve went in in the last month I’ve regretted it! Rude people taking my order, disrespectful of the way I’m asking for my sandwich to be made, even gave me the wrong change back and when I tried to correct it she completely ignored me and said I was the one who confused her… Shame on this subway and their employees! I will NOT be back!!!

Worst subway I’ve ever been to! Horrible customer service. One of the servers even SCREAMEDATTHEOLDLADY behind me! It was appalling The guy getting my order got confused and gave me an extra order of the $ 2 appreciation month cold-cut 6″ and when I pointed it out, both the guy who took out the bread and the guy who is now working on the veggies got so upset with me, blaming me for not being clear when I said I want 2 subs in total(meatball and cold cut) and gave me huge attitude. Eventually they ended up saying they’ll just eat the extra 6″. The veggie guy couldn’t even think clear and started pulling up random sauce to put into my sub when I kept on asking for spinach. Then the first guy who worked on putting together the meat and cheese SCREAMEDATTHEOLDLADY behind me when she told him politely«no i don’t want more sauce» as he puts on meatballs with a lot of sauce. so he SCREAMED«I am putting on meatballs! do you not want meatballs!!». I am in shock… I really was compelled to speak up and make him apologize to the old lady… but to be honest, I was afraid. He looked like he was ready to jump on her or attack her from behind the window. He was leaning his body so forward and there was so much anger in his eyes. I recall the same look from someone on the street one night when the cops arrested the guy who was drank/on drugs. So I didn’t dare to aggravate him and didn’t want to get beaten up trying to be a hero at a subway! I will definitely take this up with Subway Corp Office. I have never seen this kind of customer service. I see a lot of bad reviews on Unilocal for this branch and am surprised that no one bothered to fix it. I recommend anyone who has had bad experiences to take it up with Subway Corp as clearly Subway is not reading Unilocal reviews. Employees like them should not be working in the customer service industry. I go to subway a lot, but now I feel like I am completely subbed out. Worst Subway franchise ever! Rudest staff here. You have to literally have to tell them multiple times for them to put decent portions on your sandwich! Avoid at all cost. Few other Subways in a 5 mile radius that have better service. This place could do with some proper mannered staff.

Do you want it toast? Yes please…(I never ever order Subway without toast). After meat and cheese, he push my sandwich to the side(???)…he’s the only person there… and take the next customer orders put them in the oven. And he’s back to my order. I said: ‘I want it toast’. He said: ‘You didn’t said that’. We talk about the cheese and he forgot to toast my sandwich, he wouldn’t admit it that he forgot. So he’s not even put the rest of the stuffs on my sandwich. So bad service in this place… Please do something about this.

I ordered a cold cut combo today and when I opened it after I went back to work there was only bologna! THATISBALONEY! So I called them to tell them about the mistake, and the worker tried to convince me that they mashed all the different kinds of meat(ham, salami, bologna) into one. Uh, gross? It definitely wasn’t a proper cold cut combo.

The last time I was here was over 5 years ago in December when at a sleepover at my church. The service was rude, my tuna sandwich was messed up and I ended up going home later that night because of food-born illness. But as a Christian I forgave them and I did not report it to any authorities, I just won’t come here from now on. The best subway that I know is good is the one in Hillsdale, which is the place I go to frequently.

Subway corporate should take a careful look at this store. I’ve never seen such chintzy portions. When putting lettuce on my sub, I’d swear she was counting individual ‘shreds’ of lettuce. THREE tomatoes on a 12 inch sub? TWO pieces of cheese? I’ve been eating BMTs for so long I could make them in my sleep, and those are not the portions I’ve seen at other Subways… In the world of customer service, I’m used to the ‘new’ standards at fast food establishments, but these women set a new record. I swear, no one looked at me the entire time I was being served… they spoke to my sub and hoped it communicated to me… Then there’s the cleanliness issue, and that’s the one that almost sent me out the door. Servers wear plastic gloves for a reason. and they take them off for a reason, and then they put on a new pair… You DONOT wipe your nose, clean the oven and make change. Can we get a little training down here?

This is my local subway, and like any subway I’ve been to, it’s just okay & you don’t expect much. Cheap sandwiches with a bunch of selections. Nothing special, like any normal subway. The staff isn’t all that great which makes your experience not pleasant when you come here. They are extremely stingy on ingredients(be prepared to get demanding & ask for more veggies two or three times minimum) & they aren’t that nice. all in all, as much as I like subway for their cheap & healthy food, i hate their staff. they need to step up their game. i only go when i want a cheap sandwich or a quick meal.

Subway is Subway. There isn’t much variation going on from chain to chain except for the customer service. And the customer service at the chain is absolutely terrible. Long wait for your sandwich, paltry toppings, and weird selection of chips.(All baked? Really?) Today, I waited 5 minutes for someone to finish my sandwich. All the workers were to busy doing other things rather than completing my sandwich. Had to ask if someone was going to finish it and I got a ‘yes’ and no movement towards the sandwich. I would say that this place has the worst customer service in the plaza but take a look at the Comcast line the next time you decide you need Subway. That place takes the cake.

ha ha haha ha ha. These guys are NOT sandwich artists in the least. came here for a fast lunch while on the go. line was long, but was moving. Strange that there was an assembly line of about 5 people making sandwiches. I order my 6 inch turkey on white with everything except onions and hot peppers. First guy slaps the meat and cheese on the bread and slides the sandwich to the gal next to him. I tell her I’d like everything except for onions and hot peppers. she plops a few more things onto the sandwich and passes it to another person next to her. This went on until my sandwich made its way to the register. The lady at the register waited for a while, then rang me up. I paid, she shoved my bag over to me … upside down. Anyhow, I get back to the office, open up my sandwich and have to laugh. Please see my picture attached to this review. This is what you get when you ask for everything except onions and hot peppers. I’m thinking there must be a shortage on olives and lettuce, hence the 2 olive slices and about 3 shreds of lettuce on my sandwich. YES people… this is exactly how to lose weight on the subway diet. A skinny sandwich makes for a skinny body.
