Only one staff for the morning shift? People have work too to go to. Please hire more staff. One staff will not cut. I will find another Jamba to cater me. I waited for 20 minutes for my two order.

Customer service at this Jamba Juice is terrible. They are slow, and don’t seem to care. I have gone in there a few times and the staff are fooling around, which I understand sometimes, but not at the customer’s expense of waiting for their order.

Dumb. Customer service at Jamba Juice has gone really downhill. I buy a medium or large smoothie every time. I was offered my birthday coupon, used it, and them was told it’s only good for a small and there is no way to upgrade it. So I either throw away the birthday coupon or get less than what I want. I was told this by the manager. For your birthday you should be able to get whatever size you want. The lack of caring for your customers is why I come here less and less. I used to be a daily Jamba Juice customer, not any more! On top of it my smoothie is chunky :-/

I absolutely look forward to the fall when I can get pumpkin(fill in your favorite dish here). I went to this Jamba Juice twice this week around 9:30am and they were SOLDOUT! Really?! Sold out? On top of that I have been one of only two customers in the store and had to wait almost 10 minutes for my smoothie. The staff spent time performing other chores while our drinks sat in the blenders finished mixing waiting to be put into cups and served. I almost went back behind the counter and grabbed it myself. There are other Jamba’s further down the freeway. Keep going and find one that will serve you the drink you want in a timely fashion.

This location is by far the worst I’ve been to. Every time before my order I tell them to make sure its blended completely so I don’t have any chunks of fruit in it and guess what… every time there are chunks of fruit in it. It’s really not that hard –_–

They never squeeze fresh juice … All juices are pre made !! Even a freshly squeezed orange juice from menu is pre made!

Have this location another shot… It’s close to my house… Not very busy… Takes for ever! Not worth the wait. The staff is friendly… They have no sense of urgency… Definitely won’t be back…

I love Jamba Juice but this location absolutely sucks. There’s always a short line, but they take forever to make my smoothie. I don’t get it. I get my order in and yet I have to wait 10 minutes later to get my drink. If there’s no one else in line, why does it take so long? On top of that, the smoothie always tastes subpar, either having too much juice or not enough ice. I always have high hopes going into this Jamba Juice, but I think I will finally have to stop coming to this location.

I used to go to the jamba juice downtown and wow this is a major come up. Everyone behind the counter is always sweet and helpful when I have a hard time making my decision. I used to go to Starbucks for a GREENTEAFRAP. But instead thought I’d try the jamba j one when I saw if on the menu. It’s way more natural tasting & it doesn’t feel like I’m drinking straight ice. I love this jamba and I’m glad I switched. Plus they have outside seating & cute jamba chairs. The pretty foster city lake is around the corner as well… I’ll keep comming here!

10⁄10 would not bang again. Absolutely terrible I went there a couple days ago around one pm on a perfect day for a smoothie to find the store locked with a poorly scrawled sign that said closed for 30 minutes will be back at 2:36 except it wasnt even 2 yet. This all would have been acceptable had they not hung the paper upside down and they were clearly messing around in there. This place has gone to shit. No one there can make a smoothie anymore. Okay service. Found big banana chunks in the smoothie… Had to threw away like 1⁄5 of it because of it… also it’s too bad that they can’t do a smoothies drink. I would love it more.

Walked in on a Friday at 4:30pm… Saw a wait line of about ten people. Still have it a shot! Ordered a small Mango A Go Go and a medium Aloha Pineapple and medium Strawberries wild. Got my drinks in about 15 minutes… There was a lady screaming at one of the man there, saying he was the problem for her waiting on 30 minutes for a Strawberries Wild. She was extremely rude, but right. The employees are clearly trying there best! But seem to lack any skill whatsoever at making a smoothie. The store owner and manager should pay for some trained employees.

Thanks to Groupon, I come here way more often now… they are so amazing here and very understanding and helpful. I was having problems with my groupon and the girl there was so understanding and helped me out. I’m sure had I gone elsewhere, they would’ve just been like«too bad, gimme the money!» lol anyways, my go to items here are the Oatmeal(with blueberries, bananas, and brown sugar) and the Acai Bowls!

I like this location a lot and I mean A LOT. When I first started coming to this one, one of the employees was always unfriendly in the morning and she acted like she just didn’t want to be there. I came in once and she was sitting on the counter, chatting with her coworker. I’m sure there is downtime and you can chill every now and then, but don’t sit on the counter. Anyway, I haven’t seen her in a long while and the staff they have in the mornings now is awesome. I’m bad with names and really try not to put names on reviews, so I can’t give them props on here, but they remember my order, always smile, and are quick to get through busy times. They also make an awesome peanut butter mood and that’s really all that matters to me. =)

Don’t waste your time. If there was an option to grade less than 1 star I would choose. Awful customer service. I waited in line for 10 minutes before being acknowledged and I was the only one in line. Someone finally took my order after 5 other people were standing in line behind me. They didn’t even apologize to us for the long wait or let us know they would be right with us. Not even any eye contact. Just the worst experience ever.

Went on a Saturday Morning around 10:30AM and the congregation of people waiting for their drinks was mind blowing. Jamba Juice, I know has a solid wait time of a minimum of 10 – 15 mins, however there were roughly 5 – 10 drinks sitting on the counter that were«mysterious» because the employees did not know which drink was what. Atop of that, there were over 30 people milling around waiting upwards of 30 mins for a simple OJ. Seriously? This place has been around for a long time and I swear, it was better when we had the stoners working there 15 years ago. What made it worse was that the drinks were made out of order so the people who ordered after my girlfriend and I got their drinks before ours, and we did not receive any apology. I tried to write a letter to their corporate office on my phone, but once i hit submit it says that«my search was not found» helpful!

4 stars for quality, and one star for service. The Asian dude and white chick that work there are the rudest people I have ever came across. If u don’t like your job then quit and be homeless. Don’t be a douchebag. First when I got there I wasn’t greeted at all. Then when I was the only thing she said was«what would you like» then«soy or whey» then«what size» then«5.99» that is all. Like a robot. Then when my drink was ready, the Asian dude didn’t even call it out. Not did he call any drinks out. I came up and asked after 6min«is this mine?» And both with serious pissed off miserable looks on their faces. Thanks but no thanks. This location sux!!!

I hate to be a pest on Unilocal — but I’ve had a number of not so great experiences at this location. I work nearby and, especially when it gets hot, I CRAVE Jamba! I’ve never been to a location that made my drink wrong. And, the one or two times they have at other locations, they’re usually eager to remake the drink to my liking no problem. Sometimes they’ll even ask what was wrong! Since I usually get the Strawberry Surf Rider, it’s usually just not citrusy enough. At this location, they’ve often made my drink wrong, they rarely fill my cup all the way, and the wait for the drink is a lot longer than needed, based on my experience at other jamba juices. One time, they even gave me a drink that wasn’t blended all the way! I was pretty much eatting my drink. Since I was on a lunch break, i didn’t have time to go back, but I was highly upset. The only reason I’d ever go back here is because I’m really craving Jamba. But, honestly, I’d rather get it from the ones by my house.
