Great cycling studio! I took a class with Kay a few days ago, and she was great — very upbeat and encouraging. Definitely recommended to those in the area! And as a bonus, I got some good deals on cute workout clothes with the sale they had going on.

Ahhhhh I’m so glad Zyn22 has opened. I live in NYC and really get off track healthwise when I visit my parents in Fort Worth(especially because they also own a donut shop). It’s always a little nerve wracking trying a new studio out(especially in a different city), but I made my sister sign up too and hoped for the best! As soon as we walked in, the staff were really nice and gave us a tour. The studio is super nice and the branding is really on point. I loved all of the bright colors and the amenities! Onto the class — we had Karis, who introduced herself to all of the new people, which was really appreciated. The class was 90% full, which was really impressive for a Sunday 4pm class with ~45 bikes! Karis’ playlist was amazing! Lots of great remixes and top 40. The class style reminded me a lot of Soulcycle because the room is really dark, you ride to the beat of the music and there is a lot of choreography(tapbacks, push-ups on the bike) incorporated. The arm sequence was AMAZING. Karis was sooo inspiring and pushed me so hard during the last song. I left feeling so energized and happy. Yay endorphins. Can’t wait to be back a million times! And I recommend that you do too!

I’ve been using classpass with a friend for a couple of weeks now, and we’ve made it a point to change the place we workout at each day, to keep us both interested. However, after today’s ride at Zyn22, we already booked our next workout there! The atmosphere is fun, high energy, and welcoming. Our instructor was Kathryn, and she did an awesome job at keeping both of us newbies motivated! Both of us left feeling invigorated. I highly recommend this place. It’s not easy, but it’s definitely worth it.

My neighbor loves this place. Not so much from me. It is too loud for me.

Really great cycling studio. Only in Fort Worth for the day and decided to go spinning while waiting for my lost bag. What a great idea. I’ve done Soul Cycle and this is very similar in style, etc.(riding mostly out of the saddle and to the beat of cool music rather than a «simulation ride»). Kathryn had great energy, too. The studio is very large and, while hot, you don’t have to worry about smacking your neighbor with a 2-lb. weight, like at some Soul Cycle studios. If I lived here, I would go here. Great staff! Good job Texas!

So when Soul Cycle started popping up I took a few of the classes in Manhattan and I loved it. Back here in DFW we didn’t really have anything like that. Over the last year places like Fly Wheel have come along(in dallas) and Abundio’s studio offers a Surge Cycle here in Fort Worth, but I am not driving to Dallas for that and I wanted a place dedicated to just cycling. Along comes Zyn! I think the name is fun– ZYN22 because it takes 21 days to create a habit so what happens on day 22? Apparently some fitness miracle! LOL. But seriously– these classes will kick your butt. They last 45 minutes. You should register online ahead of time so you can book what bike you’d like to ride on. Your first ride is FREE! So sign up online and be sure to use the free pass within 30 days or it will expire. After that you purchase classes by singles(at 19 $ a pop) or in packs of 7, 11, 22 and 44. Shoe rental is included in the pricing. Classes start at 5:30 in the morning and go until 7:30 pm Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Saturday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Sunday. Get to class early, ask the instructors any questions you have, drink lots of water and have fun. They have a ton of retail clothing and accessories as well. The locker room is pretty chic. It’s definitely a pricey work out, but I think it’s worth it! I love high energy, loud music and a challenge. They are also opening studios in Southlake and Dallas soon.
