Our windows look wonderfully clean after Window Genie washed them. They were very dirty and now clear and sparkling. Plus, the person who did the cleaning was considerate enough to remove his shoes before coming inside the house. That is rare nowadays. I would use them again definitely.

One star would be pushing it for the performance provided. To say this is one of the worst service jobs I’ve seen done by any company or individual would be an understatement. My wife hired them to clean the gutters and windows inside and out on our house in Colleyville. Upon inspection of the windows she said she was unsatisfied as there were still cobwebs and the response was «we are done here» and left. They blew the gutters out all over the brick wall of our house, patio and driveway and made no attempt to clean it up. There is a mess all over our air conditioners with debris from the gutters. I would not recommend them to anyone. They tout their insurance and bonding, but only complete half the work and make a bigger mess than before they came.

After having my house painted and the blinds being removed, I noticed my windows were HORRIBLY dirty! I met the owner, Chuck, at a Mansfield Chamber networking event and gave him a call. They came out and did a quote in a timely manner, and I got them scheduled to come out a clean a few weeks after that. The difference was amazing! The house just looked brighter and much cleaner. They also power washed the front porch, and I never realized how much of a difference that would make. It’s all brick so it’s hard to see dirt and grime, but I guess it was there because it looked great! I will definitely be using them again.
