In terms of Wal-​Marts, this one is not half bad. Yes, it’s kind of a chaotic mess… Yes, I got heckled a bit… but the check out was a breeze and I found my desired product without much difficulty.

When you walk into a Wal-​Mart you already know to brace yourself. You go in because it’s convienent and cheap. However, some Wal-Mart’s are better than others and this one isn’t one of the better ones. Very ghetto atmosphere and that area is known for crime. It isn’t out of the ordinary to see 2 – 3 police cars parked in front. I try to avoid shopping there and would rather drive to Benbrook or Burleson for Wal-​Mart. If you absolutely have no choice then shop there BEFORE noon and don’t leave your purse in the cart, keep it on your shoulder. Seriously.

I absolutely HATE this walmart! All their employees are ghetto, rude and VERY unprofessional!!! Twice I went tothe pharmacy and was told it would be 20 min and ended up waiting 2hours!!! I will drive the distance just to avoid this place!!!

Absolutely, hands down, the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I was hesitant to have my site to store order delivered to this location, because I had heard horror stories from family and friends of their deplorable customer service; but since I had some place else to be in the vicinity, I gave it a shot. HUGE mistake! I approached the customer service desk to pick up my order, with only one other frustrated customer standing to the side; the associate with red hair NEVER acknowledged my presence and continued to fumble around with her register for several minutes before calling her Assitant Manager, who arrived, and also NEVER acknowledged my presence [a simple «I apologize for the delay and I’ll be right with you ma’am» would have been the appropriate response!!]; By this time another gentleman is behind me getting increasingly frustrated as well. We all had the chance to get to know one another since myself and the other gentleman waited close to an hour for service and the original customer states he had been there almost an hour prior to our arrival! Apparently they couldn’t locate part of his order (a gift for his 3 yr old daughter). Once the first customer was taken care of (after a couple of hours) by the Assistant Manager telling him they would just look again tomorrow for the second part of his order, once some other person who knows the back better comes to work, it was my turn. This is when the red hair girl finally looks at me (first time I’m acknowledged, and it’s been close to an hour) and says «I’m getting somebody else up here because I’m leaving»…REALLY…At this point I simply noted her name, the Assistant Manager’s name, who was also just as incompetent, and inquired of their Store Manager’s name. She said the Store Manager wasn’t there and was on vacation. I still wanted his name. After a few minutes another man nonchalantly comes up (red hair then walks off stating «I’m going to lunch!») and he asks me for my order# without looking at me (no opening greeting or anything). I wass so done by this time, said a quick prayer under my breath and kept my cool. I spoke with several other customers while there that had the same complaint over this location and hated they chose to drop in as well; all suggested the Walmart on Hulen, instead. I will say, however, that there were several associates that would walk throught and ask if we had been helped; sympathized and apologized for the behavior of the 2 that we dealt with and even gave me the phone number to log a complaint. Oh and did I mention the unprofessional announcements that kept going over the loud speaker, for example:“Electronics answer your phone!!”…It was so shocking, I honestly was waiting for John Quiones to pop out and say «What would you do??»!! Avoid this location if at all possible!!! You’ve been warned!

I made a mistake and came here the other day for something they ended up not even having. scrubs in a small/​extra small size. I hadn’t been to any Walmart in over two years and I should have kept it that way. Walmart does not cater to skinny people, which is probably why most of the people who come here ride in motor carts. But that’s none of my business.
And don’t even think about coming to this location at night. It attracts prostitutes, unless that’s what your looking for.
Not a good place for children.
Avoid this hellhole at all cost.

Not the best or better or even good Walmart in Fort Worth. It’s just bad hate saying it but bad.
First the lines, it seems like it doesn’t matter how many people are waiting they won’t get more cashiers.
I asked 3 Walmart workers for help to get a fishing license and they all pointed at others. Finally the third one I was refer to bitch raised her voice at me. That she’s told them she didn’t have access to issue fishing license.
At that time I left my cart full of items for her to put up.
I’m done with this location.

We love Walmart. This location has just been upgraded well. It is cleaner and more diverse. It always offers the best prices among grocery stores, including even healthcare products. Always get pistachios every visit. We are crazy about pistachios. One negative side is that many forks here are not very nice…

Always dirty, never stocked, never have enough checkers. No one ever knows where anything is. People always blaring music just hanging out in the parking lot. I’m actually too scared to come here at night. Just used the pharmacy for the first time since don’t have insurance anymore and I would rather have paid the extra $ 20 at walgreens than deal with this customer service. I was told it would ready by 4. So I waited. Went through the 20 minute line to be told no not ready and they would let me know that it would be 10 to 15 minutes. Waited for 40 more minutes and still no one called me. So I waited through the long line yet again to be told not ready and it would be 10 to 15 minutes. If I knew it was goi f to take 3 hours I wouldn’t have waited in the first place. They know I was there waiting. Why not move ahead of those who weren’t waiting. But instead of offering an apology or perhaps even politeness, im offered rude customer service. Having been in customer service for 20 years i found it appalling. I’ll never be back. 3-​2-​2015

Daniellia is the best! She helped us with a bad transaction that the cashier had unintentionally made and she also made sure that before we left that we were completely satisfied. Thank you Daniella for your wonderful customer service and for being so patient at this time of year with a packed store. =)

Terrible customer service they lie to me about their return policy and the management tried to lie himself but shortly after demanding and speaking up I got the to return my camping tent that was missing parts

Terrible! There is a BIG difference between Mccart Walmart and Oakmont and they are 10 minutes apart the management apparently does not care about giving good quality service its customers. Other reviews are saying the same. Do not be disrespected as a consumer and shop here. Take your hard earning money and give it to store thsy respects your business.

This place is ratchet. I normally don’t use this word but it is. I’ve been chased to my car here before by peddlers (as in run to my car peeled out). Lines are a nightmare, I try to avoid this place like the plague but there are times I risk it and need something only they carry.

You can always find the best of items and prices here. I will always check this store before buying anywhere else.
