I love the «no frills» aspect of this salon. It’s conveniently located on Bluebonnet Circle. (That is, if you live near TCU, Westcliff, Tanglewood, etc). The service is great! Kristin offers fabulous cuts. She’s highlighted my hair too, but not recently. I’ve never had to wait for my appointment. (you know how most hair stylists run late!!) Great experience– just honest, no frill, good service!

I would proceed with caution here. I went for almost a year and things went downhill quickly. My hair is processed pretty heavily and they never recommended a good quality conditioner. As a result, while I thought my hair was doing okay, it was very brittle. Then, I wanted to go darker, and they happily did it, not warning me that the 2nd time I would have the darkened color it would potentially turn out murky — which it did in a major way.
Also, they were always cutting my hair shorter than I wanted.
All in all, I didn’t feel like they were good listeners and they don’t have a good grasp on chemical processing principles.

Kim is the best! She was so helpful when I asked for a referral to a manicurist who would do a housecall to my pregnant sister-​in-​law, who’s on total bedrest in the hospital. It’s a great sign when someone who isn’t even a potential customer (I live out of state) is treated so well.

This has been my mom’s hair salon for a looooong time. a couple of years ago, she began bringing me here as well and I think they do a great job with hair cuts.
Any time I want something different with my hair they will take the time to make sure they do it right. I have never been disappointed. I have been going to Nancy about a year and a half now and she does a great job. She is very friendly and easy to talk to while still doing a good job on my hair.
In addition to cutting hair they color hair, do manicures, pedicures and whatever else beauty salons do. I don’t really know much about that, but I hear they do well with those things. I just know that they know how to cut hair well!

I love the folks here. I must. I’ve been going to Missy for 13 years now. I’ve converted my entire family. They have reasonable prices, provide top notch service, and great hospitality. The entire staff is great and always goes out of their way to make sure you are given any assistance needed.
They are a full service salon providing all services related to your hair. There is a manicurist in the salon as well. So, get a mani/​pedi while you wait. The are located on Bluebonnet Circle, so you can grab lunch at the Magic Mushroom afterward.
