I’ve had a cut and style twice here now and each time, although different stylists, I got exactly what I asked for. It wasn’t a struggle to get them to understand what I wanted and I didn’t feel pressured in any way. It was a great experience. The place was clean, the service was fast and perfectly friendly. I walked in without an appointment. The styling chairs are more comfortable here than other places; this is something I appreciate as a big person.
