Showed up at 5:29 to ask a single question, not make a purchase. The store closed at 5:30, but the doors were locked. All employees were still sitting there and were shouting at us through the glass. Another typical government building — zero class, zero customer service.

Yay for them being open on the weekends. Despite having several people in front of us in line, it didn’t take us very long to get a new tag. They are also slinging free TCU and SMU tags right now– Dallas Cowboys, Stars, and Rangers cost 22.99 $. The staff was friendly and fast. They also lowered the charges I had accumulated prior to getting a tag for my new vehicle.

Super-​friendly staff, quick, attentive, knowledgable. Not your average government services experience. I was so impressed, I wrote a freakin Unilocal review about this place. Skip online, use this store instead.
