Everything they prepare is great. When I have a cold the soup just makes me feel better just like my mother‘s use too. I recommend you try everything on the menu. Also excellent desserts. Barbara Bassett

This review is solemnly for the homemade desserts. Oh lawd they are fabulous!!! My husband and I were looking for a great place to have some dessert and this place was heaven sent. We shared a slice of the Mississippi mud and a slice of the pineapple cream cake and both were amazing! We may be back to try the food soon but definitely will be back for some more desserts… And even though we didn’t eat in the place looked very comfy and both the cashier and owner were very sweet and gave us wonderful customer service.

This place is so good. Everything is made fresh I believe. The flavors are just amazing. The oven baked chicken fried steak is amazing. Usually so tender I don’t need the fork.

Kuddos to Sunne for coming up with a restaurant with such an eclectic menu. The food we had was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The menu has everyone’s taste buds covered(hence the name of the restaurant). I had the Southern home cooking while my boyfriend filled his belly with an Americana dish. I have a feeling we’re going to be regular customers. I’m excited and can’t wait to try everything on the menu! I highly recommend this little gem!

This place is nowhere near our house but it was relatively close to our church so we gave it a whirl. We are not chain restaurant people and are always looking for little neighborhood joints. Tastebuds Eatery fits that description. The ambience is neutral. The service was friendly enough. Food took quite a while to appear but good food usually does. I had the oven baked crispy chicken, the hubs had meatloaf. He likes his. Mine was good but not great. Asparagus was totally overdone and I can’t stand wimpy asparagus. Garlic mashed potatoes were okay. I tried my husbands meatloaf and thought it was pretty good but very tomatoey. Mind you both of these entrees hovered near the $ 12 mark which was overpriced for the taste. All in all we were underwhelmed and most likely will not come back.

We wanted to try something new and around our area and this place popped up. It was very good. The California Club was excellent! We should all support these mom and pop shops that add a unique touch to our area. We would definitely go again. Sunne was super friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable. We are fans!

I eat there frequently. They always have fresh asparagus on the menu. Their crab cakes are awesome, as are the baked potatoes and entrees. The deserts are delish, especially the bread pudding with rum sauce, which is almost an entrée itself. The only drawback is that the food sometimes takes a while to be prepared and served. It is all fresh and prepared to order, so it’s a trade off.

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly service, tasty food. The seafood gumbo was spicy and flavorful. The Philly steak sandwich had good meat and was customized to my specifications(no green peppers). My gf had the baked chicken. She said it was De-lish, especially when drizzled with the accompanying sauce. To top it off I tried a Texas Baker, definitely a mouthful of goodness. I will return. .. Often.

Had lunch here, it was delish. Had the gyro with oven baked fries. It came loaded with fresh cucumber and tomato. It had just the right amount of sauce and onions. My daughter had a turkey sandwich and practically inhaled it. The chips were just a bag of plain lays. There was a bit of a wait to get our food. Don’t eat here if you are in a hurry.

The food is delicious. I have had several items off the menu and not been disappointed once. My wife eats vegan and she loves the selection. We eat here a few times each month.

Amazing food, nice selection, and love the environment. When I went I had a philly cheese steak and it was steaming hot and fresh. Will be back again!

What a great neighborhood find! Tucked away a little distance off 820 down McCart is a little gem. A really diverse menu ranging from soups, salads and sandwiches to Chicken Piccata and Steak. I had the Chicken Tetrazzini and my husband had the Chicken Piccata served with two sides of our choice. Both meals were very good. Now let me tell you why you should not walk but run to Tastebuds. It is the desserts!!! The owner makes them from scratch and they are without a doubt the BOMB!!! My husband had the Chocolate Layer Cake and I had the Pineapple Cake. Every bite we ooooohed and aaaaaahed. The selection choices wrte many with cobblers, many different cakes and pies. Sorry I didn’t get a picture of the desserts. I couldn’t put my fork down long enough to hold the camera. Lol I know tonight I will have sweet dreams and it won’t be of sugarplums, but Sunne’s sweet temptations. P. S. To the lady that wrote the bad review because she said she had to wait 2 hours — First, we walked right in, sat down and was served. Second, preparing food from scratch takes longer than pouring out of a can. I would rather wait for quality, well prepared food. Third, if you have to wait a little because a restaurant is busy, that is a good sign the food is good. Just my two cents!

Unilocaled for«meatloaf» and this place was in the search results. Glad that we tried it. Easy to find and the food was really good. Started with the Tomato Basil soup which tasted more like a marinara sauce but it was tasty. Then we had the special of the day– Asian Chicken Salad that was great! The owner/chef explained each of the specials with such pride. She was really friendly the place was clean. We will return.

Nice little place tucked in a corner of a shopping center that has great overall service and decent food. Ive been in a few time to get the cakes and cobbler and everything tasted very homemade and not too overly sweet. Finally had the chance to give the food a try and I must say I was surprised at how well it was made. Had the chicken tetrazzini which had a good balance of sauce, chicken, and mushrooms. The noodles were a bit on the soggy side for me but you have to expect soggy noodles with tetrazzini. Their meatloaf was average tasting and a bit on the dry side but it was paired with a nice and mild tomato sauce. My favorite was the gumbo because it had good texture and flavor. Soup, 2 entrees and a slice of pineapple coconut cake was less than $ 30. Not bad at all.
