This Starbucks is conveniently located in the middle of the growing hospital district. It is undersized at both the drive through and at dine-in. I’ve usually hit their drive through up and noticed that lately the line stretches past side street almost to 8th Ave, a sign they may need to expand. I did feel guilty going in on a recent Sunday, thinking it would have been nicer to support my local coffeehouse. We were pressed for time, and being with my teenage son who is a huge fan of frappuccinos, this fit the bill nicely. Their service is a little on the slow side, that seems to stem from being understaffed. The baristas here are friendly and hard working. Seating is crowded, and lots of students cramming on a Sunday late afternoon. So while nothing special about this SBux, it is in a very convenient location and the drive through is good if you don’t want to leave the comforts of your second home/office.

What’s up with this place? I’ve never heard baristas complain so much, be so slow, appear so busy, have such a dirty store, and make drinks that weren’t quite right. I think the place was really closed and some imposters slipped in.

Very nice Starbucks. I was in the area and had some time to kill, so where else, Starbucks! The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. What else could you want. My coffee drink was prepared just like i liked it.

This Starbucks has some excellent staff who make great drinks and offer free smiles. It’s located on a busy corner, and they’ve gotten creative with parking due to it’s small lot size. If you can’t find parking immediately in front of the building, you can try finding some along a skinny side street. Because of it’s close location inside a Fort Worth medical district, you’ll always find patrons wearing scrubs, and some dressy sales people. But I’ve always found that these people are busy and mind their own business. Plop down into a corner, open your laptop and enjoy a flat white.

Just excellent! Great baristas. No matter how busy inside or the length of the drive thru line, the beverages are always prepared correctly and quickly. I have a good time visiting and my keen observations are always appreciated. These folks are busy because they’re good; thus, the long line. Lack of parking? Come earlier or get creative with where you park.

Good coffee, no doubt about that. You have to remember this location is between 3 hospitals and many, many, many doctors offices, attorneys, banks and their employees so it stays pretty business and don’t forget the vendors that are taking coffee or lattes to this offices. So you may be next but the vendor just finish the coffee for your brew. The good thing is the Starbucks app is accepted here and honor by this location. Theirs been twice vendors are buying your drink promoting their businesses. I enjoy browsing thru their products and finding their clearance items. Maybe I should stop to many travel mugs, cups and why 2 French press. Don’t know why, oh well.

Hands down the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. My first visit to this particular Starbucks was last year in April or so. I ordered one of my favorite drinks that I regularly order at the Benbrook Starbucks off 377. A white mocha frapp with 1 pump hazelnut and 1 pump cinnamon dolce. I have ordered this at a few varying Starbucks locations and it tastes the same everywhere. Except for at this Starbucks. It tasted very watery and unsweetened and just as a whole bad. For $ 5, I expect my drink to taste at least okay. The staff was very unaccommodating and unfriendly. Today, I was in the area and wanted to get Starbucks. I did not want to drive across town to another location, so I decided to just go to this one, despite my previous bad experience. Maybe they were just having an off day when I previously visited. Curse my optimism. My mom ordered a grande decaf regular cup of coffee with coconut milk, which they recently started offering, and I ordered a grande skinny vanilla latte. Simple enough, right? Apparently not for these employees. Once we had already left and were a ways down the road, my mom realized that her coffee was black. There was absolutely no coconut milk in it, even though on the side of the cup they had written ‘coconut milk’ on it. Not to mention the employees did not say«Thank you» upon leaving or display any sort of customer service musts yet again. So we then drive back to the Starbucks and go inside and tell them that they had not added the coconut milk that we had asked for and that was on the cup. «So do you want us to remake it the way it’s supposed to be?» He asks. «Yes.» My mom replies. «And just to let you know, when your customers arrive and depart you should greet them and say goodbye to them. You guys are really, really, rude.» The guy then responds, «K.» K? K??! They must not have been properly trained, because any good employee in the hospitality industry would know to apologize and then assure that you will try to improve your service if they return. These employees have displayed their sorry ass attitudes on multiple occasions. NEVER returning to this Starbucks EVER again, and I intend to call their head corporation and tell them that they had better straighten up. Makes me appreciate the Benbrook or Hulen Starbucks that has never once screwed up our orders or been rude in any way.

Mostly an awesome store! Therefore they will get four stars. However, to say night and day is the difference between the morning shift and closing shift, would be too little said. The main difference between the morning crew is that it seems they are happy you have showed up, and they know you. With the evening crew it is clear they are happy when it is time for you to leave. led by the very outspoken(about customers from behind the counter) redhead manager, this crew lacks the personality and authenticity of the morning shift. Maybe the store manager knows this and puts them on the less busy shift. I could go on but for now suffice it to say, just skip the early close on this place and go elsewhere in the evening!

I try and I try to really love this Starbucks because it is so convenient and they’re really quick. But sometimes service lacks, the lot and drive-thru are small, and drinks are inconsistent.

Back when I worked on Magnolia, this was my morning drive through. Now that I’ve broken my ankle and see a ortho in this area, I pop through a few times a month. Even if the line is out to the street these chicks are fast. I never have to wait too long and my order is always correct. I’ll be back.

The drive thru signs are not accurate. Use the adjacent side street waiting line where a greeter will take your order. Line moves quickly. The art in this location is a mix of local Fort Worth artists and is for sale — love that! And some stock art from Starbuck’s corporate but still pretty cool art itself being from Seattle and all. On this particular day the signs and line had me all mixed up so I decided to stop in and order. Being stuck in a drink ordering rut, I asked for a new drink idea. The nice fella behind the counter suggested a carmel mochiatto with soy milk, light on the vanilla and half sweet or less. I agreed. It was a tasty treat. The music was pleasant and the place was busy without feeling too crowded for an early weekday morning. If they’d just fix those darn drive-thru signs, that’d be a bonus.

This is a great location. The drive thru is often very long during the morning rush, but the employees are quick and keep the line moving. It’s not my favorite location as far as employee friendliness and personality, but I definitely appreciate that they are getting the job done. I’ve stop here pretty regularly and my drink has always been perfect!

I didn’t quite care for the location of this one. It’s very hard to drive-in and out. But my «carmel frappé was worth the stop.
