Absolutely terrible customer service!!! I went in to activate a new phone and Cynthia had the worst attitude! She was rolling her eyes at me and would not listen to me at all, actually ignored me and when I confronted her about ignoring me she walked away saying she can’t handle it! Lee Barns the Lead person on the floor had absolutely no idea how to do his job. He kept insisting I had to return one of my other active devices. His manager Eric H. Said the same thing. All while I had customer care on the line telling me and them that they were wrong! After literally 2 days or 9 total hours of my life another one of their managers finally ACTUALLY reviewed my account and said customer care and I were right. Lee just couldn’t accept the fact that he was wrong and didn’t know how to do his job! Shameful! I will never return to this location and strongly urge anyone needing assistance with anything more than a bill pay to find sprint services else where or be prepared to have your account screwed up and nothing done to help you!

Terrible service! Ive been a customer of sprint for 10 years and each year customer service gets worse and worse on people not wanting to do their job. So i came im with an sd card that i wanted to transfer to the new sd card with higher gb. I was told they could not do it here. Besides the fact that ive done it before here at this same store. I went from an 4 gb to 8 gb sd cards. Then after i explained this in detail to the rep after she talked to her manager. Well she said nobody knows how to do it here. So that was the real reason. They don’t have trained employees to swap info from one card to another. So she asked a rep and he said he can do it. Which it doesn’t make any sense because they sell higher gb cards here and they would in turn should have to capabilities to transfer data over… ive been coming to this exact same store for in between 6 to 10 years. And they always have issues until i say i need to talk to a manager then all of a sudden they can fix the problem. Its called lazyness and this store is always getting new managers so being from the industry myself that usually means the current managers are not doing their jobs. Sprint customer service has been going down alot over the years. Its sad that its circumstances like these make me consider other providers. You would figure sprint being the 4th in the cell phone industry they would do a better job with their stores for better customer service.

Terrible service! Gotta wait forever to get seen, nobody greets you when you walk in. I asked the girl could she repeat what she said instead of making it clear she decides to yell it at me. Everyone looked at her, so rude I’ll never buy from them. I’ll go to the Apple Store if I ever have any more problems. I will tell people to avoid that store! Never returning!

This store is the best reason to get a different carrier. They alway have a wait for service. I seriously doubt that their service personal want to fix your phone, I took my wifes phone there because it wasn’t charging right! They said it couldn’t be fixed and gave us options on replacement phones. I took the phone home and sprayed a touch of good electronics contact cleaner on it and now it works fine. That was 8 months ago. Another time I set for nearly an hour and said to hell with it and left, took it home and fixed my phone my self. Parts on line are a lot cheaper then what they want anyway. If you have an old phone that works, call and have it activated then send your broken phone to sprint for repair. But I would avoid this store. How ever the sprint store on Camp Bowie is a great experience, it’s a pleasure to do business there. But they don’t have repairs there.

This store is AWFUL! At this point I am sitting here writing a review on it, fortunately with a since of «HUMOR.» After doin all the legwork for SPRINT and researching my options on upgrade eligibility I am told that I am not able to upgrade my telephone to the unit I want and am eligible for. The REP at this store is actually trying to get me to change to a different contract which isn’t practical to my needs. I explained to this REP that I already went online and researched my options and know what I’m eligible for at this day and time and he consistently tries to sell me on the«SPRINTEASYPAY» contract which i do not want! So to make a long story short I spent 2hrs went to 2 sprint stores and talked to a total of 5 sprint REPS. Before BESTBUY and not the SPRINT stores honored my upgrade as stated in my «CONTRACT.» On top of that I paid $ 0 out of pocket at BESTBUY oppossed to SPRINT which was asking for $ 150 and would rebate $ 50 to me after 8wks via mail in the form of a gift card. While I was in the middle of my upgrade a REP from sprint returns a call I made earlier concerning my issues with this upgrade. I explain to him that BESTBUY and not a SPRINT store honered my upgrade as stated in my contract and when I asked him why did BESTBUY give me my upgrade at no cost and SPRINT was requiring me to pay $ 150 the REP on the phone replies, «between you amd me BESTBUY has better deals.» Which brings me to the conclusion that I will NEVER step into this or any other SPRINT store for any of my mobile needs in the future. I will also post a pic that was funny and ironic while I was waiting for my issues to get resolved…

Thank you, little Sprint store, for having those cool machines where my friends and I can all make payments for our bills without having an account number or waiting in a looooong line to talk to a person. I do everything myself in most stores [self-checkout at Walmart, anyone?] so this is just a step towards people being INDEPENDENT. I know. Crazy move. Mhmm.
