Every time I go to Rosas Café my stomach hurts in the worst way. I went here with my boyfriend on taco Tuesday and we ordered four chicken and four beef soft tacos. I bit into my beef taco and I tasted nothing but aluminum foil. I spit it out so fast! I was traumatized! Lol but seriously, I have tried to give this place multiple chances but I guess Rosas just isn’t for me.

The food is not bad for a fast good restaurant. They are super quick at getting your food out to you. Most of the time by the time I finish ordering and walk to the drink station it is ready for pick-up. The employees are very friendly and always thank me for coming in. The atmosphere is a little noisy but not unbearable. I come to Rosa’s a couple times a month. Love their combination nachos, burritos and, of course, Taco Tuesday!

Chicken soft tacos were extremely bland and soggy. I had to cover the stuffing with salt and pico to give it any flavor. There are multiple salsas to try, none of which have any flavor. They all essentially taste like plain tomatoes with the occasional bite of jalapeño. The queso was pretty good. The tortillas were good, but not good enough to outweigh the other bland options. Service was friendly and fast. The room and tables were clean, but all in all, I won’t be back.

So I absolutely love Rosa’s Café. 5 Star rating because of their CONSISTENTLYGREATFOOD&SERVICE. I have literally not had a bad experience at any locations. They have an awesome Taco Tuesday Special; 3 tacos with rice, beans, and tortillas. I forget the price but that’s irrelevant here, you GETMORETHANYOUPAYFOR. You can get tacos hard or soft, chicken/beef/vegetarian(I believe pork as well but I never have). I don’t like soft tacos, in general, so I always get hard tacos. The meat here is seasoned so well and of decent quality. I almost always order all chicken tacos cause it’s SUCHGOODSHREDDEDCHICKEN. Their Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas are JUSTASAMAZING! I don’t know that I have ever had any enchiladas that surpasses this place, not even at the more expensive Tex Mex restaurants. You get two in an order with rice, beans, and tortillas as well. SERIOUSLY, YOU’VEGOTTOTRYTHEM. They have a CONDIMENTBAR, which I also LOVE! They have three different types of red salsa, pico de gallo, cilantro, onions, limes, and salad dressings(for the salads duh). I believe there is also butter, for those that eat butter with tortillas plain. They also have sodas and teas nearby. They sell beer and margaritas that you order at the counter when initially placing your order. They also have a few cake slices; chocolate and carrot are the ones I’ve seen. They also have SOPIPALLAS which are AMAZINGWHENEATENWITHHONEY. They make them fresh and so it comes out nice and warm to melt the honey. They also make the TORTILLASFRESHINHOUSE, & you can watch them being made. Literally have nothing bad to say about any Rosa’s Cafes. JUSTGOANDTRYFORYOURSELF!

Went by here for lunch today. I have a wheat allergy. So i made it clear to the register lady that i couldnt have any wheat on my plate. So my food comes out with a flour taco shell rubbing up against my meat. I explained to the lady dispensing the food that she would have to redo the plate. So she took the flour thing off along with all the guacomole and sourcream that i can eat… and put the plate back on the counter. I took it to my table and noticed there was all this white pasty stuff on much of the meat. Guess what that was? Flour from the flour tortilla shell. So i sneaked the plate back on to the counter and walked off… ready to just walk out when my friends were done eating. Well they figured out who did it and approached me. I explained that i just didnt want to eat the food if they were going to be that flippin careless twice in a row. I honestly didnt even care if i got my money back. I told them they could just be content in knowing i wouldnt come back. The manager offered to cook the food herself but i declined. I said if your line is that careless then why should i want to come back. So i give them a one for such carelessness and disregard for what i repeatedly said. They get a one because i cant give them a zero for their blatant disregard to my health needs… but the manager also very sincerely tried to help. I may stop by again but probably not because they seemed to not care about my nutritional needs… or their procedures arent very good when things get busy. Either way ill take my buisness somewhere that has clear procedures in place for folks with allergies… a place who is skilled enough to enforce and use those procedures even when its busy. I appreciate the managers offer. But what many restaurants fail to grasp is that we dont like showing up making a big deal about stuff.

They are ok i guess. Their tortillas are great. But everything else lacks. Good to go to if you’re drunk and need food cause then you just don’t care lol.

Rosa’s is so very good for my soul. There is nothing better when you’re craving crappy Mexican food covered in queso. Seriously. And their little condiment bar is amazing for people like me who need an unholy amount of cilantro completely covering their food. It’s definitely not the best Mexican you’ll ever have — not by a long shot. But it’s pretty good when you just need something quick. And I have to say that when you have a hangover there is NOTHING better than coming through the drive through and picking up a huge order of chips, queso and guac. Ahhhh I can feel my non existent headache slowly melting away just thinking about it. The fact that the stores are always clean definitely makes up for the mediocre-ish food. Rosa’s are always consistent too! The drive through is a definite plus along with the fact that I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff.

I’m a notoriously unapologetic Taco Bell eater(it’s cheap and I like junk food every now and then, sue me) and I’ve always loved Mexican food in general, so after moving to Texas a few years ago, I was sure I could find fast food alternatives to TB. Well, there were plenty of places, but they really just didn’t do it for me. Went to Rosa’s for the first time today and I’m wondering why I didn’t try it sooner, as I was pleasantly surprised. Their run of the mill beef soft tacos blows their competitors away in terms of taste, and as others have noted, their tortillas are great. Also tried a chicken fajita burrito and was shocked that they actually season and grill their chicken lol. Taco Bell and Taco Bueno’s chicken tastes like nothing. Some other reviewers mentioned the food is too salty… I didn’t find that at all. Now, Taco Bueno? That’s some of the saltiest shit ever. I always have to down a gallon of water after eating there. Just went through the drive-thru, and dear lord, the order comes out fast, so that’s certainly a plus. Gonna have to try going in sometime, but this looks to be a place I’ll frequent much more often when I gotta get my taco fix.

Rosa’s may be a chain, but when you don’t feel like dealing with crowds or want something fast, you go to Rosa’s. If you don’t feel like getting out the car, you go to Rosa’s. Rosa’s is bright and colorful on the inside. Always clean. Love their salsa/condom bar. It may not be the best mexican food, but it’s inexpensive and always consistent. You never feel rushed at all. You can’t beat Taco Tuesday! I usually get the chicken fajita plate. The tamales are good, but I don’t like the Chili sauce. The chocolate cake and sopapillas are pretty tasty too. So next time when my husband gets off work late and I don’t cook or have a babysitter, Rosa’s it is.

Rosa’s Café & Tortilla Factory was a nice find during my most recent trip to Ft Worth. I had a late lunch but this place was still packed. I ended up paying about $ 12 for two people. I had the nachos with chicken and a soda. They have the self serve soda machines and a numbering system that you can read to find out when your order is ready. The pricing is like a Taco Bell but the ambiance and food are so much better. I didn’t take any photos of this place since my phone was already at full memory. But the photos of the 03÷30÷14 review of G M. captures how beautiful the dining area is. And of course, my Nachos were excellent and kept me full the rest of the afternoon.

I love the colorful décor of the whole place plus the help yourself condiments/different types of salsa, onions, cilantros bar. The service is great and the food comes out fast. Most important of all, the prices are great. We were pretty full after spending about $ 9 per person. However my only problem is that whatever they put in their food, it makes me super thirsty afterwards. That is why it is only getting a 3 and not a 4 star.

For fast food Mexican this place is pretty good, the food is fixed when you order it and they have a nice salsa selection. Maybe since it is fast food I have lower expectations, but I think the food is good, and for some reason I smile when I eat here.

Nice place to eat, simple and clean all the time. Food is always good and tasty but a little pricey unless you go on taco Tuesday special. Fajitas are great, tortillas are fantastic and the condiment bar is great complement and full of options for you. I wish the fajitas were a little cheaper… Just go, take the family and enjoy it!

When I walked into Rosa’s it reminded me of the original décor of Pancho’s with a bit of Taco Cabana thrown in. They have a good selection of combo meals as well as a la cart choices. I chose the taco/cheese enchilada plate. I liked the flavor of the sauce but the tortilla was a bit chewy on the enchilada. The rice and beans were good but could have used a bit more flavor on the fat side! They make flour tortillas there and they were good with some butter. However, salsas could have had a lot more heat. I had to supplement with fresh jalapenos to get the kick I wanted. I like Rosa’s and for the price it was a good meal. If I’m on that side of town again I will stop in and try more items.

For 7.99, you can get 6 tacos(either crispy or soft tacos) with beans and rice for fat Tuesday! The food was extremely fast, but for a fast food chain, the service here is incredible! They were very quick about preparing the plates and all of the toppings were on the side for easy dibs. The food overall was okay, but pretty good for the price! Also, I would like to mention that they have fresh, whole jalapeño peppers! I always love seeing fresh items at fast food places. The thing got me was when we asked for a to go bag, the person stopped what she was doing and actually grabbed a paper bag and opened it up for us while waiting for us to put in our left over meal. I am surprised by this because every table was full here today, there were at least 5 trays of food in front of her, AND there was a line at the registers. She could have just handed us the paper bag, let alone thrown it at us, but she got it, opened it and even waited for us to put it in while telling us to enjoy the rest of our evening in a non-rushed manner! Will come back!

Mmmmm this Rosa’s was packed when I went and I can see why! The staff is friendly and the food is great! The combination nachos are my favorite but get them with no sour cream because they tend to glop a bunch of it on. Rosas café all the way!
