Pizza Hut

Nope, I’m finished with pizza hut. It’s been about a year since I’ve had it, but I had a massive pizza craving. I’m not sure when or why they changed their pizza ingredients. But the taste was way off & the pizza was extremely thin. It was pitiful actually. The breadsticks were so hard they cut the roof of my mouth. Never again will the hut get my moola. Sry!!! delivery guy was kind, hence the 1 star.

Absolutely terrible customer service for having such mediocre pizza. I’ve ordered from this location twice — both times it took over an hour to get my delivery even though I’m only five minutes from the store. This time I ordered two pizzas — an hour later they were delivered. Imagine my surprise when I open up my vegetarian order and it’s covered in meat. I managed to catch the delivery driver before he left and he told me that it was too bad and that I would have to call the store to have my order fixed. Annoyed, I called the store — they offered me credit on my next order, then gave me attitude when I told them I couldn’t eat what they sent and told me it would be an hour and a half to two hours for my correct order to be delivered to me. Three hours to get my correct order? Will never order from Pizza Hut again. If you want pizza that is actually worth the money, made correctly, and has a staff that actually understands the meaning of customer service go to Mellow Mushroom.

For chain pizza, we are never disappointed in this location. They have some employees that are always very friendly and helpful and our pizza is always on time. I know franchise pizza is up for debate, but we are close to Little Caesars, Papa John’s, and dominoes and prefer this out of all of them.

We order from this Pizza Hut pretty regular, and the pizza is always good– I mean, it’s Pizza Hut. — but if you want dinner at 7 you better order around 5:30. It’s never ready when the estimate says it will be and the man checking everyone out is rude. Zero customer service skills required for his job, apparently,
But generally I can get some free ranch or drink out of the hour long wait (silver lining).
We always enjoy dinner, just not how long it takes to make.

I placed an online order for two pizzas, carry out. The process was easy, including customizing the toppings for ½ of a pizza. There is no room for special instructions (using the website, not the app), so I called the store to request they be well-​done and have «as much cheese as fits» as my husband is an extra-​cheese lover.
I spoke with Jason H. on the phone and he was friendly, professional, and repeated my requests back to me to ensure his understanding.
When I arrived I was greeted by Jason, who remembered our conversation and was very proud to show me how «our work paid off». Both the pan pizza (with just extra cheese and extra sauce) and the Veggie Lover that I customized by halves were blanketed in a thick layer of hot, melty cheese and both were well-​done, just like we like them.
The outside of the shop was well-​lit and free of trash. The inside of the store was bright, great smelling and neat as a pin.
I had an online coupon do the two pizzas only came to about $ 28 before gratuity. Normally, when I pick up an order, I am not a super generous tipper; however, the stellar service from Jason and the team warranted a full 20% this time. Jason showed me the pizzas, thanked me for the gratuity and wished me a good evening.
Overall, a really great experience! This Pizza Hut typically has friendly and professional folks working and Jason really exceeded my expectations for service.

I’ve been to this location twice and WILL NOT BE BACK. First time, hubby and I placed a walk-​in order, were told 25 min and the wait was double that. Tonight I placed an online order to be ready by 7:08pm. I arrived at 7:10pm and the order was not ready. I finally walked out with my order at 7:55pm. Dismal service times.

Very clean place. This is a take out only Pizza Hut. I am only giving this Pizza Hut three stars because they got my order wrong. I didn’t realize it until I was already long gone.
