The place is very nice and elegant for a Vietnamese restaurant. Phở District is a good mix between Vietnamese food and American style. I was really impressed with the peanut sauce with the spring roll. No place else offers the same peanut sauce which I consider real vietnamese spring roll sauces. I only can find it in Vietnam. They made from bean not the peanut butter and hoisin sauce. I love it. We also had sizzling beef, it becomes my favorite now. It think it will taste better with bread instead of steam rice. Their Sriracha wing was also good. But you don’t really taste much Sriracha tho. It tasted like something else but the flavor wasn’t bad Sushi ice cream looks pretty. I wish they offered different flavor :). Service is nice. It is kinda pricy for Vietnamese food. I understand because of location. It was a nice experience. I do recommend to give this place a try.

I ordered through Entrees on Trays and the food actually arrived pretty fast which is a plus. A few things though: the broth wasn’t very flavorful and I ordered my filet mignon on the side because I like to add a little lime juice and salt to make a tataki with it and lightly dip it in my phở and it came to me cooked! No where else does this ever happen, it is always raw. And my last criticism, which I will admit is partially my own fault, was that the spring rolls I ordered came covered in peanuts. I did forget to request no peanuts but this has not been an issue before, everywhere else I have gone peanut sauce is on the side only and not all over the spring rolls. My son has a peanut allergy and this is an allergy that has heavily been on the rise in the last 10 years. Just a helpful tip, this information should be listed in the menu. So, in conclusion, I might try out the bahn mi and hope it’s good. But aside from that I find myself underwhelmed by this restaurant.

Outstanding Vietnamese food, great staff and great atmosphere in a perfect little corner off of West 7th. The spring rolls are out of this world… the Phở is amazing and the pork belly buns are the heat! If you’re looking for something different, give it a try!

Great food especially to someone who is familiar to Vietnamese food being a native of Bay Area, California. The food was presented well and delicious and would recommend to anyone. The spring rolls were a great appetizer to start out with. The phở was delicious and can’t wait to go back and try the other plates next time.

One of my girlfriends took me to lunch here for my birthday a couple weeks ago and man oh man this place is great! The service is terrific!!! We tried the chorizo rice pancake, the sizzling beef dish and the dry phở ga! Everything was great. My only complaint is that there was waaaayyyy too much ginger in the phở ga and it was hard for me to eat. The chorizo rice pancake is a must have!!! Get it!!! You won’t regret it! I definitely will be back if I’m ever in the area. ALSOTHEPANDANCREMEBRÛLÉEWILLCHANGEYOURFREAKINLIFE I LOVEITSOOOOMUCH. UGHIMCRAVINGITAS I WRITETHISREVIEW!!!

Phở is such a feel-better meal when you’re not at 100% or when it’s chilly out. I went here with a few colleagues because it was super chilly in Fort Worth that day. We were sat immediately but saw our server after some time had passed.(PS: our server was not the greatest. As one of my colleagues described our interactions with him — «it seemed like it was a pain for him to refill our waters»). The food didn’t take long to arrive. We started off with spring rolls, which are two regular rolls that they’ve cut into pieces on a bed of peanut sauce. Then I got the phở with filet mignon(fancyyy, haha) and meatballs. It was pretty tasty, filling and it warmed me up from inside, which were all things I needed from that lunch.

My friend saw this place driving to a nail appt. So later that night we came back to try it. Bc I grew up eating homemade phở, I am a bit hesitant to try these more modern phở restaurant compared to mom and pop phở places. We decided not to get phở but try all of the food. So we ordered small plates to try. We ordered braised ribs, crispy chorizo pancake, pork buns, and crispy avocado rolls. OMG… they were all delicious! We then decided to order dessert, the sushi ice cream and fried bananas were delicious! Gotta go again!

The vegetable phở wasn’t that engaging. I wouldn’t eat here again. I think the prices are too high for what is pretty standard run of the mill Vietnamese food. You can find much better options a hop away in Haltom City. The pandan cream brulee was good but too sweet for me to finish.

Heard about this place from my brother and while visiting Fort Worth I decided to give it a try. The outdoor seating is a great addition to the décor and would be nice on a cool summer day. After walking into the main section of the restaurant you immediately see that this is no ordinary Vietnamese restaurant! Everything seemed to be a bit more classy from the table/chairs to the way the chopsticks are presented to customers. There was a little bit of a wait to be seated which is understandable due to the odd time we decided to eat but within moments we were seated and drinks were on the table while we looked over the menu. While there were many options to choose from, my girlfriend and I decided on the Phở Bo and the lemongrass spring rolls. The spring rolls were good and even presented like sushi with a friend onion garnish and fish sauce base. Soon after, the phở came out to the table and I loaded it up with the usual mint leaves, lemon, bean sprouts and sriracha sauce. Not sure what I was expecting but I was pleasantly surprised! The broth had a good beefy flavor and the noodles weren’t over/under cooked. The meatballs were good and the beef was good as well but didn’t stand out from what I was used to. Hopefully next time I’m in the area ill stop by and give something else a try!

Phở District gives vietnamese food more of a modern and elegant spin. Something you probably wouldn’t find at your local place is the dry phở. Pretty much the same elements of a traditional phở but the broth is served on the side. Phở noodles seemed to be lightly stir fried and there’s more textual elements like crispy pork fat and fried shallots. We weren’t really sure how to eat the dry phở but we just tackled it like we were eating tsukeman(dipping ramen). The salmon belly skewers were so delicious. Perfectly crisp outside and juicy on the inside. The shaking beef banh mi was good too. Kind of reminded of a soup/salad combo you would order at Panera bread or something. Just wish my bread was a little more toasted though. The ice cream sushi roll is really fun. The«rice» is rice crispy treats filled with ice cream and drizzled with chocolate and strawberry sauce. I wouldn’t get worked up with it being the most authentic. If you want something more homey, then go to your local phở place. It’s nice to see vietnamese food being presented in a more modern way.

I was a little skeptical about trying this place out since it seemed to be more Asian fusion than authentic Asian… but I was pleasantly surprised! The décor is simple and adorable, and I love the quiet ambience of the place. There’s a really cute outdoor seating on a patio as well! There was a little bit of a wait, only because there wasn’t anyone at the door to greet us but aside from that, the service was pretty good. The waitress was attentive and friendly! Both my boyfriend and I ordered the beef phở and we split the lemongrass spring roll. The spring roll came out sushi style(it was cut up into pieces as opposed to a whole roll) and it was pretty good. It tasted like it was supposed to — tasted exactly what you expect. I really like the fried onion garnish and how they placed it on top of the fish sauce for you! The phở was actually really good — I was expecting the taste to be off since the vibe of the restaurant was very«Americanized»(due to the Asian fusion theme they’re going for) but it tasted pretty authentic! The broth was flavorful & the meatballs were good. I’m not a fan of cooked steak inside(I usually always order the steak to be rare at other phở restaurants) but it was still good. I’d love to come back and try their other dishes!

I’ve been meaning to hit up this phở place for quite some time. Right in W 7th, Phở district is right across from the Trinity. We grabbed a seat on the patio for an early dinner. The wait staff is super fantastic! I adored her. Started our meal with the pork buns. These were fantastic. I went with my server’s recommendation for the seafood phở. Omg!!! This is to die for! So much seafood and very fresh! There was an entire chunk of salmon in here! My hubby had the chicken phở, which also was amazing!

A nice place for Vietnamese phở and other street food. Came here both yesterday and today. Sitting outside is a little chilly, and there was traffic noise. Indoor has better environment. seats are softer and comfortable. FOOD Appetizers are great and usually they come with big share. Curry wing is a little bit salty. I would suggest to cook the wing a little shorter so the meat is softer. Grilled chicken spring roll with thousand island sauce is good. Beef Soup phở is great with lemon. DRY beef phở is so-so. Slightly salty for me. I love it to be soupy. My friend loved the grilled salmon vermicelli salad.

I’ll make this short… two shrimp and two pieces of calamari in the Phở Seafood! I switched veggies for the salmon. Pretty thin«seafood» in the dish! Having said that, the broth was tasty. Also tasted the Clay Pot Salmon. What a dish! Velvety smooth perfectly cooked salmon topped with sweet crunchy goodness! This place is worth a try… good luck!

I’m not a very big fan of fusion anything, but Phở District does an alright job. For one, I am addicted to their dry phở bo. I love the fried shallots and crunchy pork skin pieces. The broth tones down the flavor and washes down the noodles nicely. The noodles have some sort of flavoring to them. I’ve never pondered on it since I’ve been in a hurry to eat both times I’ve had it. I had chicken spring rolls most recently. The sauce that’s comes with it is good, but I still wish it was more peanut style than some Asian ranch and I wish it came as whole pieces; not sushi style. It was very hard to eat. Not all of us have mouths as wide as Steve Tyler. Pork belly buns are pretty nom, but I’m a proud kim chi whore. Speaking of kim chi, hey kim chi fried rice; you aight. Add an egg and it’s magic. I’ve also had their banh mi and I can go the rest of my life never eating that again. I get the concept, and I think for what the food is, it’s good. It’s fresh, caters to different palettes, and the flavor is there. There’s just something missing and I can’t pin point it. I’ll be back since there is a lack of Asian restaurants in my area but not as a part of my regular hauntings.

My bf and I recently went to Fort Worth and immediately met up with my sister for a late lunch of Vietnamese food at Phở District. Located in Fort Worth’s super trendy and hopping West 7th Street area, the restaurant is in a fun part of town. Even though the open, large, contemporary restaurant wasn’t too busy(it was 3:00 on a Friday afternoon), we decided to have a seat at the bar. Our bartender Gavin was super friendly and helpful with the menu. We started off with an order of the edamame. Not your regular old edamame, these pods were steamed and tossed in a spicy sea salt, which no doubt included some cayenne pepper. Definitely packing some serious heat, I thoroughly enjoyed this playful, well-presented version of edamame. An entire section of the restaurant’s menu is dedicated to vegan choices, which definitely earns them a gold star from me! For my next round of food, I ordered the mixed vegetable spring roll. A bursting kaleidoscope of lettuce, asparagus, cucumber, tomatoes, and avocado was neatly stuffed inside soft pieces of rice paper. Served over a generous pool of thick, rich, velvety peanut sauce, the combination was lovely. The spring roll was light with a nice subtle crunch, and everything worked fantastically together. But my favorite food of the day? KIMCHEE. FRIED. RICE.(with a fried egg thrown on top for good measure, DEARLORD). I seriously have not been able to stop thinking about this dish for the past couple of weeks. Tart, aromatic, lovely kimchee dazedly swirled in with beautifully fried jasmine rice and was topped off with long cuts of green onions. The yolk from the egg oozed sensuously throughout the dish, and the end result was insanely powerful. To say I loved this bowl of rice would be an understatement, and I absolutely will go back for the sole purpose of indulging in it again. My bf was also equally impressed with Phở District and agreed that it was his favorite restaurant we visited in Fort Worth that weekend. The clean-lined, sharp-edged restaurant appeared to be simple, but the food was anything but. If you are in Fort Worth, and you are looking for standout Vietnamese food, I cannot recommend this spot enough!

In our most recent visit to Phở district, the four of us ordered an absurd number of small plates, which not only gave us a great opportunity to try all the varied items from this dynamic menu but also reminded us that diets are for long-lived chumps. The Pork Buns — I really didn’t know what to make of these when my brother ordered them. But man, these little things are magical. A stout slab of pork belly with some sweet glaze tucked into a «bun» which I would equate to a thick, extremely doughy tortilla, were easily my favorite of the day. A must order here. Think of them as Vietnamese tacos. But better than tacos. The Sriracha wings — can you go wrong with Sriracha wings? No. Great sriracha flavor, without being too overpowering. They are great for an appetizer, but I think their quality is such that these wings are can stand on their own. I would deem them worthy or better, of any wing you can find in a sports bar that specializes in wings for your game day enjoyment. Caramelized Pork Belly — as with the Pork buns, you receive a handsome serving of pork belly on top of some fried Tofu. Now, I’m not really into tofu, but these were quite good nonetheless. Pork Belly always wins. Edamame — Edamame as you would expect is a pretty simple dish. Here they serve it with some spicy sea salt and was a great foil to our other meat-centered items. Da Nang Braised Ribs — the braised ribs were served in a pile of 3 – 4 with that signature yellow-ish hue. They were juicy and fall-off-the-bone good. The Phở — yes after all those small plates, I did have room for Phở. I mean, I am not going to go to a Phở place and not order phở. That would be an affront to the food deities with cataclysmic repercussions. I decided to roll with the Vegetable Phở to offset all the meat we had with a small plates. The broth to the phở, as you can expect was great(I had the Phở Bo on a previous trip and it too was delicious) and I actually enjoyed my first foray into non-meat phở. What I like about Phở District is that due to the offering of delicious small plates along with great Phở, it really does have something for everyone. As with Hanabi and Canon, it joins a cadre of new eateries featuring Asian cuisine in innovative(and appetizing) ways. It will be my go-to Phở place on this side of town.

We ate here when they first opened and haven’t been back since. I couldn’t remember why, so we went back to try recently. I like the appetizers such as the braised ribs that come with Kim chi and the pork belly buns. I got the sizzling beef. It comes on a skillet like fajitas and comes with egg. I liked it as well as my daughter’s chicken bahn mi. The husband got the Phở Bo which came with steak, meatball, and another meat. I think brisket I can’t remember. I didn’t care for it since it was chicken broth based. Service is ok. Waiter seemed Dazed and Confused.

Not your traditional Vietnamese food! It’s Vietnamese fusion Japanese inspired. I love the décor and atmosphere. Modern with a little bit of Asian décor. 2 stories. We started off with 2 appetizer. Pork buns: pork belly, kimchee… Loved it! Probably one of the best and unique pork bellies I’ve ever had! The kimchee gives its an extra kick! Curry wings: very messy, good amount of the curry flavor. Entrees; Shaken beef banh me: I was iffy about trying their banh mi because I love the traditional ones. But this one was delicious! Comes with a phở dip and shrimp chips. The phở was a bit plain compared to Vietnamese restaurants so I don’t know if I’ll ever try their phở. Sizzling beef: this came out hot like fajitas everything was still cooking! Chopped up beef, fried egg, baguette on the side with pâté butter. I didn’t have room for the dessert but next time I would love to try their sushi ice cream and pandan crème brûlée!
