The pizza was okay, but the service was awful. I ordered and never received any info other than my receipt. After 45 minutes, I called and asked what was going on. The guy said their delivery times were an hour to an hour and a half. What? It’s 8 minutes down the road. I could’ve driven there and back so many times by now. It took a full hour to get one pizza. This will be my last order from this papa johns…

Got here after placing my order online, immediately paid and my pizza came out not too long after. Pizza was fantastic and the guys at the front were very helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work. Great customer service and great pizza :) we were very satisfied tonight.

The experience was horrific! The basic need for speaking & listening skills was a problem with the gentlemen that answered the business line. I was unsure if I reached his personal cell phone or a business. There absolutely had to be no screening for phone etiquette in the the interview process. The employee had to be asked several times to annunciate himself during the call. It was similar to a character on Charlie Brown. At the time to pay with a debit card he repeated out loud multiple incorrect digits to my card number, expiration date, security code. Thankfully, his inability to listen was at my favor sense he was repeating my information out loud for anybody within his presence to capture the necessary information to use my information illegally. This is out of compliance with taking card information by phone. The employee should never repeat the information but have the consumer repeat for validation. The service on the phone affects the business in a whole and the driver which delivers the product. The delivery guy is clueless to why he is not getting tips! I’m more concerned about them being out of compliance when taking the transaction over the phone.(The employee repeating vital information to complete financial transactions) this is not only state and federal law but a key control item(404). How many subjects could fall victim to false purchases because their information was breached by a careless employee basically giving information to whom ever is present. By the way the delivery of the pizza came 1hour plus later after the the end of the call. Not to mention countless other events not expressed in this review.(Can I rate this a negative –5)

Worst service ever. Took an hour and 45 minutes to get my order. And it was nothing complicated. Will never order from here again! I’d rather order from dominos and get ok pizza at fast delivery then from this place and get shitty service and shitty delivery
