I wasn’t a fan of Panera Bread. Last time I visited one was about 4 years ago. This time I was dragged in by my friend and I was very pleasantly surprised. Service seemed to have improved and they have this new(at least new to me) interactive ordering system where you could input/pay for your order on these tablets. You could also customize everything from the screen and I created a frontera chicken panini that was so delicious I went back again the next day. Also, order some cinnamon crunch bagels + tub of hazelnut cream cheese to go for breakfast. Thank me later.

Panera is a great place to go if you’re wanting a sandwich, salad, or soup for lunch. Those are the main things on the menu, plus their bakery items. They have numerous options of sandwich, salads, and soups so I’m sure you’ll find something you like. It’s a great go to for something last minute as well because they make it SOEASY for you. Their tasty options, quick service and prompt delivery(literally and figurately) are why I gave them a 4 star rating. You can do «Rapid Pick Up» by ordering on line and can have it ready within 10 minutes. This is a great feature if you want to make the order(and pay online) right before heading out of the door. You can still utilize«Rapid Pick Up» if you don’t have such a short window. They allow you to denote what day and time you want to set it to. They also have a fast ordering kiosk option. Although this location isn’t the busiest the parking is BOTHERSOME. It appears to be an okay sized lot, but it’s hard to get in and out of this place(as well as the individual parking spots). I have liked everything I have ever ordered(with some customizations), except for one(1) thing. Their«Lentil Quinoa Bowl with Cage-Free Egg» is NOTGOOD. They use the miso soup base for all of their broth bowls and it was NOTGOOD, so I can only assume the rest of it won’t be good. So for those who don’t like healthy items, it was not good because of the broth, not the healthy ingredients. Frankly, you could not taste anything but the way too vinegary broth. BLEH! Well start with their DRINKS. I found their coffee to not be anything too amazing, but it’s always fresh and available(even during lunch time). Their«Frozen Caramel Coffee Blend» is SOOOAMAZING. Much better than those Frappucinos at Starbucks. Their«Iced Green Tea»(with papaya and passion fruit) is also VERYGOODINFLAVOR. But one thing I don’t understand about the drink is that it kind of leaves a waxy feeling on your tongue, as if your tongue just got coated with something. I’m not allergic to any of the ingredients so I’m not sure what causes it. But I’ll still get it haha. Their«Mango Iced Tea» is not mango-y at all. If I had not filled my cup myself, I would not know why it was denoted as mango. All of their teas are made unsweeted, so you are left sweetening it yourself with sugar or their no calorie sweetener packets. They have a «Hibiscus Iced Tea» as well that is light in flavor despite it’s pretty coloring. I don’t necessarily consider this a bad thing though. Soup, Salads, and Sandwiches. I’ll make this easy and list exactly what I order and like. 1. Broccoli Cheddar Soup(can’t go wrong, can get it in a bread bowl) 2. Garden Vegetable(2nd to the Broccoli Cheddar soup) 3. Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich(savor & sweet, but I have not ordered this since I heard that the chicken used is left over chicken) 4. Tomato Mozzarella Flat Bread(much greasier than expected but tasty) 5. Rolls and breads with entrees are good with butter(fluffy) 6. Chicken Cesar Salad(classic) 7. Greek Salad(I leave the raw onions & olives off, don’t like raw onions nor olives) 8. Chicken Cobb [or with Avocado](I leave the Gorgonzola off, one of my least favorite cheeses) 9. Pastry Ring(catering order, good but not practical to eat) 10. Muffins(get these instead of their scones, scones are super dry) 11. Can’t go wrong with any of their cookies Hope that was helpful!

I am usually a fan of Panera, but I would NOT recommend this location. The woman checking my order and giving me my food to me was rude. She forcefully grabbed the receipt from my hand while I was trying to read over it when I mentioned that my sandwich was missing lettuce. Unfortunately I took my order to go and did not inspect my apple first. I sure wish I would have because it had gashes and dints all over it. It should have never even been served. Very disappointed with this experience.

This is my go to place when I want a quiet meal. Their tomato basil soup is addicting and the sandwiches are superb.

First off let me say i love the rapid pick up … no hassle just walk in pick up and go!!! Only reason it didnt more stars due to the lack of chicken salad that was placed on my sandwich.

Dining area dirty. Floors nasty. Food is always good but every time we visit(usually on the weekend) the tables are dirty, floors look like the playground at McDonalds.

This is a favorite restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. And the location is great, too! If you have a group, grab a box of the mini scones. They are fantastic. For lunch, the pasta primavera is great — loaded with veggies, and you can add chicken if you want. They have many options as far as hot teas, and their coffee is wonderful. You can dine in, order to go, and the mobile app allows for you to order at your table or on the go to pick up. While you’re there, make sure and get a ciabatta bread loaf or sourdough bread loaf. You will not be disappointed!

Worst… New England… Clam Chowder… ever. The potatoes were mush and the clam was chewy. Do not waste an appetite or money on it. The restaurant was clean and presentable though with friendly staff.

After the debacle from a few weeks ago I was surprisingly in the area and decided to give it another try, and only because I was offered them to remake my sandwich the right way with no charge. And this time the manager who I believe was named Judy, was super sweet, nice and apologetic. She went out of her way to rectify what happened. I just wanted the right sandwich, and she offered a complimentary Pastry Ring. It was a big Danish with Cheese, Cherry and Apple flavor, but kind of had a cinnamon roll flavor on the bottom, DELISH! Thanks Judy for making things EXTRA right for us, you were very sweet and helpful!

I really like Panera but this location just doesn’t make the cut. The seating area was dirty and disorganized(given that we came in at 7:30pm and the place was no longer busy, this should not have been a problem), they were out of half the things on their menu and did not let the customers know until after they already ordered and sat(«actually we’re out of this so…»), and the staff did not seem to want to end the night strong. Being in the business myself, I know that it’s not too much to expect the work ethic to turn up a notch to compensate for things that were probably out of their control(like being out of almost every bagel, spread, bread, and pastry). Speaking of pastry, where did they go? It’s unfortunate that they shrink the pastry case in half and no longer have a large quantity of quality treats. Also, the server did not ask for our name with our order so they were confused as to who it went to(obviously). Good thing I was standing by the window or they might have lost my order or I would’ve gotten it cold. So in conclusion: if you want Panera, try another location(I still haven’t given up on you Panera!)

I had the chicken salad sandwich with tomato soup and a cherry pastry for dessert(added on for only $ 0.99 with a meal). The staff is very friendly and accommodating. This is only the 2nd time I’ve been here in the span of at least 2 months and the cashier, Maria, remembered who I was, name and all! She is very sweet and exhibits wonderful customer service. I had to take away one star because the bathrooms here are not the cleanest I’ve ever seen …

PANERA. It’s where it’s at. I like to yell the name to the tune of Van Halen’s song. You know what I’m talking about. Delicious flatbreads, sandwiches Savory soups Interesting salads Fun soda fountain & coffee bar My first visit, I adventure the take 2 combo. Turkey cranberry flatbread & cream of chicken, wild rice, carrot soup. Decadent, filling, low in calories. Sauce and ingredients on flatbread are fresh and tasty and bread is perfectly thin and grilled. Hard to believe this beauty ~ 300 calories but now I’m under your voodoo and will believe anything you tell me Delicious Panara. Great friendly service. Jackie was a doll waitress so speedy, friendly, fun, and pretty. I’ll eat what she’s eating she looks so healthy and vibrant. Efficient ordering system. Can use a nice human order taker or talk to no one making easily selections & custom orders on a machine. I like the machine you get to see photos of what you are ordering and fantasize about all the possible combinations. Fun vibe to read, study, make predictions about the universe, enjoy the nice comfy décor.

Love coming here for their Chicken Noodle Soup, no matter what the weather or season! This is a typical, good Panera Bread Location. Everyone is friendly & the restaurant is nice and clean. Great place to eat when you are in the area.

No tomato soup? I know it was cold outside, but it’s one of their staples! I’m used to eating at a Panera in Tucson, AZ. So maybe, I’ve got higher expectations than I should, but I was disappointed here. We were passing through and picked a eatery we were used to, but not fast food. Well, darn, that didn’t work out quite the way we wanted it too. Mom was cold so she wanted tomato soup and grilled cheese. She ordered her sandwich and then was told they were out of the soup she wanted. Scratch that sandwich and start over again. The order taker was not pleasant for the rest of our order. Finding a clean table wasn’t easy either, which really surprised us. Our food came fairly quickly and it all tasted good. But when you have your mind set on one taste another one just doesn’t do it the right way. Our experience would have been better if the service was better. I’m glad we were just passing through and that this wasn’t the only time we’d been to Panera. We might never had gone back.

This particular location seems to have management and staffing issues. I put in a fairy simple to go order — salad, soup, and a pasta — only to realize they were incredibly backed up. I ended up standing around for well over 15 minutes with a whole bunch of annoyed customers. The restaurant itself was not crowded, but the staff seemed totally confused and overwhelmed. I was going to get my money back and leave but discovered I had no been given a receipt. I was also surprised to discover upon ordering that they were out of over half of their soups. To be fair, it was 7pm so it was later in the day, but I’ve never had that issue at any other Panera location. They should at least update the menu by removing soups they are out of so customers know what they have available.

My wife and I normally come here for breakfast. THEGOOD I will normally get the Power Breakfast Sandwich(or the Sausage on Asiago if I’m not worried about calories that day) and she will get the bagel and honey-walnut cream cheese. The foods is always good, always the best ingredients and you can really taste the difference between this and the typical fast food joint. The décor is iffy, but it is always clean and the tea is great! Unlike Starbucks, you get refills here! ISSUES — Very few. We come in the morning, so it’s not too bad, but traffic and parking can be an issue. We noticed some people park there and go to the IHOP next door. In one case, it was an IHOP employee using Panera’s parking lot! Once, we came for lunch. I had the Italian Sub, which was not bad, but there was more ham than salami, and I don’t think they used provolone cheese. As a result, it wasn’t very«Italian.» OVERALL — Very satisfied!

The only time I come here is when I am getting a oil change at Flagship Car Wash across the street. I do enjoy the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich. That’s what I get every time I come. I love the roasted red peppers, feta and cucumbers! It’s consistently good and I’ve never had a less than enjoyable meal here. Plus, if I sit on the right side, I can see when my car is ready through the window :)
