Don’t expect any peace and quite here. The last review is completely true. With the noisy tcu kids, railroad and most importantly the lawn mowing at 8 am :) followed by cutting down damn trees. My favorite experience was when it was 9 am on a Saturday morning and I hear drilling and I look out of my window (second story apartment) and there is a man on a damn ladder screwing who knows what! Doesn’t matter because when I told him to get the hell down and I’m trying to sleep he acted like he didn’t speak English and continued drilling!
