This office is unbelievable. They are not busy walked in before another pt yet they still took him in before my son. Asked why they would do that and they said because they checked him in first even though he came in after us. They would not call in rx for us even though we were out of town. Been waiting for 45 mins and still waiting

I guess this place could be kind of hard to find if you weren’t familiar with the area. but it’s practically the biggest suite in the mini shopping area. The parking lot was sort of small and it could be hard for a big truck to maneuver around. My appt was set for 8:30 this morning, I came in at 8:15, filled out 3 pages of new patient forms(THANKGOD! I’m usually filling out 5+ pages at every other facility), and got called in literally 5 minutes later. My primary physician’s PA talked to me and I told her what was going on. She explained everything to me in a clear concise manner of what would happen next so I wouldn’t feel like I wasn’t being taken care of. She gave me all necessary forms and I was out the door by 8:40. How awesome is that! I swear this was the fastest clinic visit I’ve ever had in all my years of living. The receptionists were hospitable, the waiting area is VERY spacious, the PA was spectacular. My experience here today was great :) Now might I add, my appt was early(they open at 8AM) so that could have been a reason why I was in and out of there so quickly. just a note!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Hames for 22 years for the first 6 or so years he had his own practice. He had great office personnel and he’s the best doctor I’ve ever seen. Since he’s been with Healthfirst Northwest. He’s still the best, but the office staff sucks. I’ve had them bill insurance I didn’t have. They’ve screwed up billing many times. When I became eligible for Medicare I called to find out what Medicare Advantage plans he took. They told me that the only one he took was Bravo health. So I signed up for Bravo health, at the first of the year I called to make an appointment guess what, he doesn’t take Bravo health. Now the latest fun they have is giving you an appointment then when you show up they tell you you’re there on the wrong date. They’ve done it twice to me. One of our neighbors sees Dr Hames and has gone three times and been told it was the wrong day. Dr Hames is a great doctor but the Healthfirst Northwest office staff sucks.

This office is RUDE. I have seen a couple of different PA’s there. Diane calls herself a patient advocate, and that is a joke. The girl at the front desk demanded payment of $ 60 before I ever saw the PA. She insinuated that I was going to run out without paying. And said, if I got shots, bloodwork, etc… that I could pay for that after my visit was over. They are all about the money here… it used to not be that way. I have never left owing them a dime, and I don’t appreciate being treated like I was going to skip out. The PA spent 5 – 10 minutes with me and never asked anything about me.

Barbara F. Russiff was more concern for her weekend to start then to analyze my mom. You are limited to two diagnosis per visit. On a late Friday appointment. Wtf. We pay 100% and should have all our need fulfilled in one visit. Was rude and didn’t care
