I have to say I’m really impressed with Mattress Firm in Alliance. From the time I walked in I felt welcome and I told Bryan Gross what I was looking for he knew exactly what I wanted showed me a few mattresses and I decided right then and there. It was so easy from the time I walked in and bought the mattress to the time they delivered the mattress. They came early and set up was really fast maybe not even 5 minutes! I was greeted upon their arrival and the guys were very courteous. Overall great outstanding experience!!! I will be going back to get my boys full size mattresses when we are ready to move in the next month to a house! I highly recommend this location. I have been to a couple others and I felt like they were car sales men. It is not like that. You won’t be disappointed very happy with the great customer service and fast delivery!!!
